yes it is true. my niece has a research project about pregnancy and while searching at the het this is what she found out. sunday we were all there at my mother's house and we are all talking about this. unbelievable but my niece has read it on the net and telling us what she discovered. then i searched it myself and found out more about it. she is Lina Medina born on 1933, gave birth 1939. she is from Lima Peru. here is the link for more info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lina_Medina

i am always shock about teenage pregnancy but this one is more tham a shock, this is scarry, unbelievable scarry. my wife can not even look at the picture taken of line when she was pregnant. mind buggling indeed. thanks a lot for the response

Unbelieveable. While I have no doubt that claim may or may not be true, its another thing to shake my head at. A five-year-old giving birth? That poor girl. Shes barely grown herself and still has a lot of growwing to do. I didn't think a woman could concive that early.
Quite frankly I don't really believe it. And just because its posted on waki doesn't make it true. Anyone can post just about anything on there. Doesn't make it true.

it may or may not be true. it can really be a bit shake on the head. but at the down part that she is still alive and they can still make a story or an interview about it. although it is still her right to refuse. thanks a lot for the response

wow. i didn't believe it at first just looking at your title but reading it at wiki makes me believe. am on medicine thats why my first reaction was how could it be, the fact thay she is not yet in puberty. her menarche is so early that makes her able to conceive a child. whew!! she's so young then.

at first i did not believe that too, while my niece was telling the story so i made a research myself and there it was all true and detailed. yes her menarche is early but that does not mean that a person can get her pregnant, that was the annoying part to get a five year old girl pregnant. thanks a lot for the response

a mother at the age of 5?at that age,I am still playing around and enjoying my life as a kid.I did play role playing games like being a mother,but that was it.it's a game.I am not sure if I can be as brave as Lina.

being pregnant and giving birth is just a play or a game for a five year old girl but not for poor lina. she was still a baby and going to a stage were grown up women felt depressed and mixed up emotions. it is sad but truly very brave. thanks a lot for the response

I never knew this until I read your post. Lina Medina, seven and a half months into pregnancy.Oh my God..Unbelievable!!
How could it be??? Sometimes I think what's gonna be happen in future and with this lil' girl. How cruel his father would be who did this bad crime and it's nice to hear that now Medina's father was arrested on suspicion of rpe and incst, but was later released due to lack of evidence..this is so bad again.

whew!how could someone on his right mind would do that on a 5 year old girl? i am already 29 and currently pregnant with my second child and still it is not easy to go through the hardships of pregnancy, how much more to a 5 year old girl who doesn't even given the chance to enjoy her childhood.

Hi Se7enth I was really shocked to read about the young mother.....At age 5 the girl is not physically or mentally mature to go through the trauma of pregnancy......And if her father is suspected to have raped his daughter,its essential that he is punished befittingly.....

thanks a lot se7enthbird, this is really unbelievable. But after reading the articles make me believe..wow lina is such a strong girl, she must have suffered a lot cos of her small body and at a very young age, who's the heartless man done it to her
