one of my friends is really a worrywart.everytime when we come together she always tell us that something is not good at her or something is mad to her,or maybe it seems to happen some bad things to her.maybe in her eyes everything is not good ,everything happend in the next minutes will brings her uneasy.you know when she saw the movie 2012,she becomes worried.she is worry more than others.unfortunately when we talk to her,and she makes us unhappy.so what should you do when you communicate with her? today is women's day, best wishes ,good luck

It sounds like her self esteem is lacking. You ,as her friend, could help her with this. Build her up and make positive statements when she is having trouble. And she probably shouldn't see these type movies until she is feeling more positive. It can get worse and she could experience panic attacks. I know because it happened to me.

yeah,i will.you know she is so timid and she still live with her parent though she is mature enough to be independent.she needs more space for herself and do some meaningful things, and make her busy, then she will be no more time to think the bad things.

Keeping her busy is only going to delay the enevedable. Be honest and a true friend.

Ya I think that some are seriously worry wart. I think that they have some difficulties. They want to achieve it. And 2012 is a movie that makes them more serious about their future. They keep deeply every subject in their life. I think if they are with us I will make try to happy them.

She sounds like my grandmother to be honest, haha. The best tactic is just to subtly move the conversation into a direction of talking about more positive things. Don't let her be a Debbie Downer. Talk about something fun.
