the future of warnet

i read some opinions in kompas.com. there are great opinions and in that writing, the author predict that the future of warnet can be the same in wartel. before 2005, wartel get the booming , because the price from cell phone is still expensive but after 2005, when many parties become a player in cell phone industry, wartel become down. and thats writing says, when many cheap modem can be used for accessing internet connection, no body wants go to warnet again. what do you think guys?

you are right about that, viewed from the existing development becomes more affordable price and almost everyone can use it without having to spend huge capital, which even I have heard there are now internet technology uses electricity and the speed reached 200mbps without delay and unlimited.

When I was in a computer exhibition, they distributed magazines about all the information contained in the year of 2009. I just read and see the new technology has been circulated and sold, but about the price and how do they get the signal I have not tried it. Looks like we just need electricity as sending or receiving data. This technology is faster than telephone or other communication.

in big city i think there is no problem of the future, kids and students who does not have a computer still have the advantage of warnet presence. maybe in 3 or 5 years next, the peripherial city is the one appropriate for warnet.

yea you are right ifa, kids and students now more smart...they were know about technology developments...and kids now was known about facebook or other social networks...oh God..let us open warnet for asset in future.haha

yes i think it's true when every one can pay of monthly bill of cheap modem..
as we know, cheap modem more expensive than before.. like m2, there are now monthly bill under Rp125.000,-.. the company product the cheap more expensive then before with add the quota..it's technique of business..so for people who low economic class will always use warnet to make their task of open facebook..haha

well, i think this bussiness will not get longer. because of there are many place support of wifi, and nowadays many people have own laptop or netbook. so i think why they have to spend some money to get internet connection, while we can get free.

i think warnet / internet cafe will still survive as long as internet fee in Indonesia still high (at least for majority..)
Nowadays, many provider offers cheap modem, easy registration, but still charge high rate for broadband connection.
I prefer go to warnet for downloading file, watching video streaming, because warnet provide more speed an flexibility for me than pay monthly internet fee (which is too expensive for me...)
