just make a conversation at first, long long conversation, that is how she gonna know that you are deserve to get meet. don't do the straight and forward step, she probably won't give you any chance to meet her. good luck

yeah this concept to interpret is a good thing of so as it might be of much help as through this a girl might give you chance while not in the other case of so.

For me, I would think of something that can catch her attention. For example i will approach her and ask her if she is new or if she needs help. There are a lot of types of approaches if we really are interested to know someone. It only depends on the situation and location. Just be positive and always remember that not all will respond the way we want her to do so. So just be yourself .
