Best for health, fruits?

Its best if one eats lots of fruits and vegetables, so as raw, as it gives you max of nutrients and vitamins. I love to have lots of fruits and juices, do you have some of them in the market place or at home?

fruits are the best as they are easily digestable. have helpings of fruits before meals. make it a habit to eat fruits everyday. eat the fruits that are in season as they are cheaper. that is what i do when i do my marketing or grocery, buying the fruits and vegetables that are in season and cheap too. this is one way to stretch my dollar that is shrinking fast indeed. these are all savings ande it helps a long way on family budgeting and yet eating well for wellness and wellbeing. how about that. healthy eating. we are what we eat.

It's common knowledge eating fruit and vegetable can help us healthy.I almost have fruit every day no matter apple,banana,tomato or others. Actually citrus is my favoriate. Tomato is also one of my preferred vegs. I like it cooked for soups,fried with egg and just as dressings in salad.

Yes, I always keep some fruits at home. We always have apples, oranges, and bananas at our house. They are pretty much available all season here. They are shipped from warmer areas but we get a lot here and the prices are reasonable, that is all except the apples which are usually locally grown. During the rest of the year I will buy other fruits as they go on sale. So I will usually have some kind of seasonal fruit at home too.

My sister own a fruits and vegetables store right beside our house. This insures us of steady supply of fresh fruits everyday. I really love eating fruits because of the nutrients we can get from them... so full of life! :)
