Hi friends please suggest me interview tips because i am going to appear for an interview. I am very confuss because this is my first interview. Please tell me as what should i prepare. What questions are common in an interview. I think i will get nervous so please tell me how to manage it.

First rule of thumb in an interview is to be confident in your answers. If you sound wishy-washy that will come though as someone who is unsure of themselves and will fold under pressure. Make sure you go in fully prepared. Have a copy of your resume, your references and any other materials that they may ask for based on the job you are interviewing for.
Some of the common questions that often trip up new interviewees are:
1) How would you describe yourself?
2) How would others describe you?
3) What is your greatest attribute?
4) What is your greatest weakness?
Not all potential employeers ask these questions but those who do are looking for someone who will give an honest but can do so quickly. This shows that you can think on your feet and are not afraid of being put on the spot.

(1)If they ask me what is your salary expectations what should i answer.
(2)If they ask me what is important money or work what should i answer.

As far as salary, you need to be honest as to what you are really looking for but also let them know that you are open to negotiation. Know what others in the field you are interviewing for are making so that you are in line with the position.
As for money/work. I would say that of course doing a good job and having the opportunity to advance is always more important than the money of here and now. You have to be able to show that you are willing and want to grow with the company.

first thing first is make yourself calm down. they will notice that you are panic, so don't show it. company loves the employment who have good self control, nice attitude, nice appearance. Prepare your clothes too. dress for success, act like a professional worker, i hope you can make it. good luck.
