The three stooges!!!

When I was pretty young (say 10-12), I used to watch this series on a TV channel- 'The Three Stooges!' It had become a favorite of all of us, the kids... It would play for only half an hour and during that half an hour, no kid in the neighborhood could be seen playing out. We would get glued to our TV set during that time and there was a lot of laughter... Soon the TV channel stopped broadcasting the show to our extreme disappointment. Recently, I thought of searching for this comic series on youtube and guess what! I found a lot of episodes over there and some of them are in colors now... Wow!!! I am sure many of myLotters have watched these episodes... What is your view upon it? do you still watch those??? Please share with us...

I used to watch them as a child too. They were always very funny, although I hated the way Mo used to smack everyone all the time. There is still a cable channel here that plays them in the mornings, it is too early in the morning for me though. But I did enjoy watching them as a child, we even rented movies of them from the library, and when I say movie I mean with the long tape and the projector and the whole nine yards. After we watched hte movie all the through my dad would play it backwards, and we just though that was the most hilarious thing we ever saw.

Hi Lady M.. Thanks for your valuable response.. I love the three stooges... Oh yes, Moe keeps smacking curly and larry.. And you remember the way Moe pulled larry by pulling his hair.. That is another funny thing! The dialogues 'Spread Out!!' and 'Feather brain' or 'lame brain' make me laugh a lot... I still watch those episodes- now in color- on youtube... And trust me, it is fun to watch. Those are one of the best stress-busters for me... Thanks again for your valuable reply. Have fun! Happy myLotting!
