Cricket is batsmen game,,,?

Who said that cricket is a batsmen game...? Who is that person... tomorrow one of my friend said in mylot....cricket is batsmen game whether that is tomorrow or yesterday...?

Hey, you always blame someone in your posts - my friend in mylot or something like that! By the way, can you propagate the meaning of tomorrow one of my friend said in mylot...cricket is batsmen game!! According to me, cricket earlier used to be a bowler dominated game where scoring 200 in 60 over matches [there were no 50 over matches that time], but now it has become a batsman-dominated game , but still bowlers have a part to play in the team!

well you cant say cricket is batsmen's game but it can be said that batsmen have unfair advantage in cricket and its the bowlers who are trying to survive in cricket considering most youngsters are unwilling to be a fast bowler when you got only flat pitches to offer.even umpires have doubt,they give it in favor of the batsmen.increased power plays.cheater bats.smaller boundaries.

Your friend has been fed on a overdiet of Twenty20 cricket. But, even here, bowlers have a Big Big role to play. Have you seen how Kumble has bowled and stifled the batsmen???

SOrry brother but I have a different take on this one.If u have look at the history of cricketvricket was started around the 16th century where the Rich/upper class only used to bat while the bowlers were the poor.BENEFIT OF DOUBT is always given to the batsmen because they were the upper class.However cricket has totally changed esp. after the official release of the game in 1844 n it being declared as an international game.Now bowlers have a role to play in the game but not as much as the batsmen

I think cricket is not only a game for batsman.. it is also a game of bowler.. but it is not sure when the day of bowler or batsman.. because we saw sometimes bowler get success in match.. and sometimes batsman ..so there is opportunity for both.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..
