we seem to run into people that we don't know a lot and that is mostly out on the road and you can tell a lot about people by how they drive the nice ones are usually the ones that are more courteous on the road and the impaitent ones are the ones that will wait till the last second and cut you off and or always in too much of a rush when out on the road. yesterday being a fine example when the school bus had just left backing up the traffic right after the bus had gone and ambulance came through with lights and sires going most of the cars pulled off like you are supposed to. There was one that was behind us that decided they were not going to wait and squeezed through where we were and where the ambulance was going and almost caused an accident, because they were in too much of a hurry instead of just waiting for a few seconds to let the ambulance through safely. with the traffic already being backed up we had to wait at two lights behind this person and mom was enraged that they did what they did with the ambulance and was yelling and making a few gestures towards them and I told her that it was not worth it and once we finally got through the light they squealed there tires and sped away fast to get away from us. Have any of you had this kind of thing happen to you where someone just did something so stupid and idiotic?

Funny but true! I remember my parents reminding me back when i was a child "DON'T TALK TO STRANGERS". lol. I Guess i was too young to follow it because being young is something different and fun. There's a lot of adventures and weird things we wanna try. I'm guilty because..having an ARGUMENT is also part of that growing up experience. But Strangers they might be for a certain moment but think about it.. BEST relationships often starts from any ordinary unknown individual called STRANGERS.;-P

I am sure there are some strangers that can turn out to be great friends with you at some times, but there are others that as our parents said are good to stay away from too and most of the strangers we run into are on the road and most of them are in way too much of a hurry and not very people friendly.

No I've never had anything too much like that happen to me.. but my hubby has gotten two tickets in the past for incidents.. one some young girls were playing on the road not letting him pass or something, speeding up and slowing down, then they pulled into a bar and he did after them and got out yelling and pointing his finger at them kind of threatening like i guess they thought.. then a cop brought him a ticket later, so he reported their behavior to him and he said they'd get a ticket too.. The second one was early in the morning on a cold and slippery day a gal cleared off an inch of ice and frost off her window and backed up into the road in front of him on a slippery country road and he almost crashed into her and again he got out yelling and a neighbor called the police. He's a truck driver and sees a lot of reckless and stupid driving, and said he wanted to scare the girl from doing such a dumb thing again. I gotta admit that kind of thing can get your adrenaline pumping, but I'm more low key.

yeah we have had a lot of people do some pretty scary and pretty dumb things around here too the most of them is just waiting till the last second to pull out in front of us or someone when there is no reason for it. It has never gotten so bad from something someone did that we followed them just to yell at them since it really isn't worth the extra aggravation, but sometimes I can understand trying to make a point with someone that what they did was pretty stupid too.

that was just rude man. well i have been in an argument before but not on the road. i was walking when suddenly this guy infront of me was saying i was staring at his girl and he was gesturing like he s kinda going to punch me or something. i said i was not looking and i just kept on walking. first off, his girl was nothing to look at. and second, is he going to be like that to everyone who takes a look at his girl? well he better put an invisible cloak on her cuz he s gonna have a hard time with it if his girl is in the open. lol

yeah sometimes people will get weird with you if they think you looked in their direction for too long a period of time. Most of the time I will just try to keep to myself and stay away from people that I don't know just because you never know what might set someone off. Some people are just looking for trouble where there is none and those are people that it is good to stay away from as you know that you did nothing to provoke the reaction you got.

I used to all the time lol. In traffic or even at the store but now im more mellowed and I just dont give a whoot anymore. If something is bugging me, I just walk away, if its in a store, I go in another store, if its in traffic, I turn the music on loud and just sit there and close my eyes until the guy behind me honk his horn and then HE gets angry lol.

I just told mom to relax that it wasn't worth it and I'm sure that the person realizes now that they shouldn't have done that and maybe if that happens again it will make them think twice now. I am also someone who doesn't like confrontation and I would rather just be the bigger person and walk away from it as it doesn't do us any good to get too upset about it.

Yes I have come across people like these and usually detest them. My hubby would have just raced behind them and given them a piece of his mind. I have fought with complete strangers if I feel that what they are doing is wrong I will not tolerate it. There have been many a times when you are standing in a queue to purchase tickets or do the billing of your groceries and people just want to take the easy route and get it as if were are all jokers standing and they are the only people who have to get back home. I just shout even if other people stare.

yeah it does bother me too when others act like they are more important then we are when the rules are made for everyone and not just a select few and who knows who was in the ambulance, but if it was someone I knew and they did not get the care they needed cause of that stunt I would be very upset.
