Ok... so it's kinda late but like I said I'll practice to be a little more active here by posting tidbits that i don't post in facebook
Tomorrow a lot of my girl's friends are probable going to post it there anyway
Today I attended a proper wedding and it's amazing how I don't know a lot of things like the clinking of the goblets signifies for the newly weds to kiss.
Hah!
My girl was probably envisioning her own wedding throughout the event, I just took notes of the dos and don'ts.
It was an intimate event and it went well but an advice to others, if you're gonna get married make sure the people who attend have money to pin on you during the money dance.
So balance the number of barkadas and people who actually have money to make the most out of it ehehe after all... you have to at least make something out of that day to start the rest of your life with the person you love and the monetary support is almost equal to the emotional support your friends are gonna provide

Wow, chip. I never thought I'd say this, but I hope for your sake that you're right about your comment. X-p Anyway, yeah, make sure you have people with ready money to bring out and put on the dress and your suit. I'm still looking forward to my own church wedding. *sigh*

Some people were just not built for stuff like this (it's not like there's an orientation we get back in college for stuff like this).
I emcee'd one and there were blank parts which I didn't know what to do/say. I did work my way around stuff. Marriage. Sheesh.

It was a Christian Marriage. Her friends from college were getting married, the couple started out as friends and through the years their relationship got stronger and they finally tied the knot a beautiful start to a new relationship
I'd love to witness other marriages in other religions though :D that should be fun learning new things and all that

barkada is filipino slang for "group of friends"
and the stuff i was talking about was the throwing of the bouquet and the garter tossing and releasing of doves.
It was a simple event. Simple and elegant.
I love my girl... i think she's the one
