My boss and his Impression of me...

I think my boss doesn't think much of me at all. I've been reserving this post for quite a while because i don't really want people to know what I'm going through. But now, i think it's taking it's toll. I'm a team leader at my job, and ever since I've handled my teams, their ranking at work haven't been exactly good. I feel bad because this has caused me to give off a bad impression to my boss. Because of their stats at work, I've been given a different team to handle. My new team is a team of performers with their old Team lead. Now, they're ranking has gone down. I've only handled this team for 2 months, almost 3 months by mid April. I feel like 2 months is really a short time to show some improvement, but already I'm being judged by my boss. He seems to think I'm not being there for my team, he sees them talking to other team leads asking for help with things, and he brought this to my attention. Personally, I don't even care if they go to other team leads because it's their right. But that doesn't mean I'm not there for them. Now, I'm very unsure of myself, I don't know what I'm not doing and what i am doing, I'm slowly losing confidence day by day, and my self esteem is getting lower, which isn't helping my job at all. I feel like i want to quit, but i still feel the need to prove myself to everyone. I'm not sure what to get started with or how to get my team supposedly together.

apol you're the best. my best friend in Stellar kaya natin to! We aRE in the same predicament, let's go try to brainstorm something to make our teams more efficient. Your boss is used to having performers, alam naman natin magaling ka din. tsk Batch 1, we are batch 1!

Yeah, but I doubt your boss thinks you suck at your job. Or that everything you do isn't really given much thought to. :( Pero oo nga, tama ka.. kaya ko to.. Kaya natin to!!! Patalsikin silang lahat! Chos.... hehehehe...
