Which is very difficult -- Giving response or Creating discussions...in mylot?

Hi there. I find it more difficult to start a discussion than responding to others' discussions. There are times when I run out of ideas or I don't feel like writing a new discussion.

I think that i Like to respond to messages more than start a discussion.. I start discussions once in awhile but not that often..

hi siliguri its always easier to respond to others discussions than to sit down and make up a discussion that will please as m any people as you can, and not be just like one that's already been done. It takes real creativity to do this and do it very often. I like to make my discussions as good quality as is possible, and its not possible for me at least every day. I have to have some inspiration first. So I will really do more responding and too I want my friends to know I am trying to respond to as many of their discussions as I can humanly do so in any one day.

hi siliguri, It is not easy for me to create a discussion everyday. I don't have much idea to share maybe because I am so tired. But there are times, all of a sudden, an idea will get out of my brain and then that is the time I can post my own discussion. I wish I have the talent on posting discussions because I see that the more mylot members responded on you, the more your earnings increases. Most of the time, I am just responding to different topics here. I think it is easier to respond on topics. Sometimes, I can also get an idea while answering the questions of other mylot members. And from that idea I can create a topic of my own.

to me it is easier to post responses to discussions. it is easier that way because for me i have more things to say about discussions. i dont know why but it is harder for me to post discussions that have interesting topics.

I agree with Hatley.. I think it's easier for me to respond and then comment.. I find the joy there..rather than starting some myself. But on days that I really would like to share something with everyone, or inquire something for the matter, I tend to start discussions..

Well, In my case, it is easier to respond to discussions rather than starting one. When you start a discussion you have to think of a topic that people will respond to and for me I feel much more obligated to monitor responses and respond. After all, what it the use of starting one without even responding to the responses. When you respond to discussions others have started, it is much easier.

Hi siliguri! I think that it all depends on the person! For me, if you look at my profile you will see that I hardly ever start discussions compared to how many I respond to! I happen to prefer being a responder! I enjoy responding to my friends discussions and have trouble thinking up my own! I am more comfortable responding! Now you seem to have no problem starting wonderful discussions! I wish I could find it easier to do that, but I can't! So, I do what I feel more comfortable with! creating discussion is harder, i have to check my dict over and over again to make sure my spelling and my grammar are right, unless i will have no response. While giving a response much easier because it is ok for me if i don't get any reply.

For me creating discussions is more challenging because you have to think about phrasing it in a way that people will actually be interested in giving a response. I am one of those who have more responses versus actual discussions started.

Hi siliguri! I'm a responder. I find it hard to create interesting discussions so I just tend to give response to those who make one. It is easy to give responses when the topic is very interesting. Happy mylotting!

I find it really hard to start a new discussion. It has to be new, so you have to make sure it hasnt been done before and then the problem is finding what to talk about. So for me, its easier to answer discussions.

Giving response counts more because it earns money

Answering is more easier than creating a discussion of me. I have created responses which I needed help very badly but most of them went unanswered, since then I start a discussion very occassionally or rarely..I feel like responding to discussions more than me creating a new discussion..

I feel there is no difference between giving response and creating discussion, why becuase its all depends on the concept and interest created by the discussion. I prefer to give responses to good discussion where I gain knowledge as well some times I open discussion to know others. I feel all depends on our interest and time.

It is easier to respond for me, as I don't have to think of a topic to come up with, whereas a discussion is harder to start as when I pick a topic that others would be interested in responding to. Fortunately for me, all my discussions have received responses, some more than others, but I am thankful that I did get responses. Giving responses is much easier for me, as I really don't have to think about what to post as it just seems to flow out. I love sharing with others, and learning from therm, as that is what mylot is all about. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I think it because your thinking of earning rather than having fun. Look at me I'm sponteneous. Because I'm having fun. I don't care about the earnings. I just want to have a good conversation that all I need in order to be sponteneous. So free your self. Its like talking to a beautiful girl. Either you froze because you want to impress her but can't find a line. Or just be yourself and say hi!

I feel that giving response or comments is pretty much harder than just posting discussions. First when you post a certain discussion you mainly ask for other peoples opinion about the matter or ask for some guidance or advice but when you give comments or response you actually think of a better way or approach to the said situation and give your best ideas . Well at least thats the normal way to do it ;)unless you have other means too ;)
