Can you move things with your mind?

Evidently this game Mindflex has been out awhile but to day was the first time I ever saw the commercial. It comes with a ball and the claim is made that you can move this ball just by concentrating on it. Do you think anyone could move something with their mind? What would you do with this kind of ability? I'd get chores done faster. Thats for sure.

I do not think anyone can move something with their mind. If it was possible, I'd have to agree with you chores would be done faster. I'd be sweeping the kitchen floor as I unloaded the dishwasher, or scrub the bathtub as I scrubbed the toilet, etc. It'd also be fun to mess with people. It'd also be easier when sitting down for dinner and needing more drink!

hi cupkitties yes some people have been known to be able to move things with their minds, but it take an awful lot out of them. I have moved things just a few inches but you have to concentrate and concentrate and visualize it happening. I cannot always do that but have done it several times. just a few inches though. I have been able several times to close a door by thinking and thinking of seeing the door close.again it was only a few inches though and'I was much younger. I do not know if I could do it now. oh I wou ld love to try this mindflex , it could be fun. I have seen others though that really can do this. its sort of scary too.

I tried once using this technique I read from a book except the book suggested something like using your astral hand to move the objects. Maybe I'll try your method next time.

Hey cup kitties, I think you could enjoy the movie "Doctor Strange" animated cartoon, where the main character discovers the power of using his astral self - just check it out on youtube, you should be able to find it easily enough.

i've heard of the game but never paid attention to the commercials. I'm quite sure that you can't move objects with your mind. not sure how the game is played but moving objects with your mind is not really a part of it.

Could be sid. I've seen enough impossible things happen in my life though that I wouldn't be surprised if it could happen.

Hello cup kitties. I have tried in the past but with no success but this may be because I am not really sure I would want to be able to do this, I think this can be done by some people and in theory any of us should be able to do it if he or she would really believe himself or herself able to. Telekinesis makes me think of Jean Grey, the X-men who had the ability to move objects with her mind.

Yep. Reminds me of this quote "I f you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; " Guess I need a little more faith. X-Men was one of my favorite cartoons as a kid.

Wow that would be one hell of thing to watch things moving just by mind.I still believe that its too difficult to move things.I guess one has to be an X-men or something to move things around. Like Hatley said she did move the door by some inches..I guess that has to be the wind not the mind..No offence but I still believe its not possible.

I've witnessed some stranger occurrences, but for me its a case of I'll believe it when and if I see it.

I think it is possible. my professor had a friend who used to turn on and off the light by power of his eyes... that was wondering... when I came to know my professor said to me he is so eager to do such of strange thing to just show to people but it is not that much special.. it needs just practice and concentration and meditation.... hypnotism and other stuff.... they do it just as a drama.. but yes, it is possible.. even to fold a spoon with mind power...

It would be fun to freak people out with such a power. "it is not the spoon that bends. It is only yourself." I love that scene in the Matrix

There are very few ppl in the world that are able to do something like that and I've certainly never met one. If I could do something like that...it would be great to help with cooking, cleaning, dishes, all kinds of things. I'd also probably get really, really lazy since I wouldn't have to actually do anything. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~
