No, adequee. It does mean a decrease in your faith. It is an invitation from God to grow in your faith instead. When you were new, he invited you to join those activities that are close to your heart because he wants you to know that he can be with also in moments of fun. But right now he is inviting you closer to him. He allows you more time to interact with him, something that is not available when you were very busy. So I guess you take advantage of that grace of time, time for prayer and communion with him. If you do that, you will found out later that a large pool of peace and calm will exist in you, something that will never be disturbed even when you go back to the busy life, a place where you can get in and relax and enjoy God's presence. Stay good.

CORRECTION: "It does not mean a decrease in your faith," instead of "It does..."

you know what, it does not affect your faith, until you pray and praise God for all the things happen in your life you faith is not lessen or even gone, just try to find some time to visit your church and attend a mass but also do pray everytime you think you must pray but pray every morning to thank God for another life He have given you

You have been very busy socially, but how much time were you able to spend with Jesus by reading about Him and talking to Him (prayer). Take this wonderful time to set your thoughts on Him. He went to the cross for you and it is such a wonderful thing that we have received (do you know all that He has given above and beyond forgiving our sins?). When you feel lonely and missing the group activities, ask Jesus to help you to be even more happy spending time with Him. He will fill you up. Sometimes I find myself just singing to God and praising Him for Who He is. The Bible says that God inhabits our praises. I also like to read the book of Proverbs, the gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John), The Acts, and the Psalms. Genesis is also a fun book. Your social life will change throughout the years from church to church but God is always there just waiting for you to want to get to know Him. You are in a very good place to walk with God in a way that you have never known before.

try to say a simple prayer every time you woke up, before eating and after going to bed.. Also, read some devotional books like The Daily Bread or some simple Devotionals

It's good to have such activities and being part of the ministry that the church has to offer. But faith does not decrease because you've been very busy with work lately. What really matters is our personal relationship with our God and spending time with the Lord, always. In fact, you can offer to God about your work right now. We all can praise and worship the Lord even on our work place. Don't worry, brother, spend time with God more at your work or at home. I'm pretty sure God has a great plan for you.

Faith is not measured with how often you go to church or how often you participate in church-related activities. so even if you no longer do the things you used to in your parish, you still have your faith with you. You can put your faith, though, into action by engaging in charity works in your neighborhood or in the workplace. Be nice to people and understand their individual differences. Even with just that, you are already putting meaning to your faith.

Often when someone first becomes a Christian, they get a kind of 'buyers remorse' as they become more enticed by sin and/or they wonder "is this all there is"? Please take your time as a new Christian and enjoy your walk with a living and loving Christ. He will show his work and grace to you in countless ways, but you have to remain patient and listening for the many ways He will reach out to you. Hang in there against the pressures you are bound to face and you will feel a change that makes life sweeter and richer. Welcome. Strive and someday you may be a good and faithful servant.
