Do you know how to fry fish, how you prepare/fry it? do you put some spices in it before you fry?

yes i like fried fish - or some fried fish. I hate preparig fish though. I like to go to my mothers hous for fish. When at home i usually eat vegetarian food only. Some food just smell bad i think before it is cooked. Fish does. fried salmon is pretty good. We usually just put salt and pepper on it and fry away in a pan. Sometimes we buy premarinated fish that has garlic, lemon and other spices on it. If i prepare fish at home i will usually buy frozen stuff - like cod with breadcrumbs on it. Then i just put someoil in my pan and fry it. I will add lemon when it is done and have vegetables with it. Like cauliflower or broccoli

Good morning, sheanne...I prefer NOT to fry fish/seafood, as I don't like the oils/fats masking the delicate flavour! Baking, Barbecuing..Poaching is my preferable manner of cooking! Some, I enjoy raw as in Seviche or in the manner of Japanese, in Sushi/Sashimi! As to your question of seasonings, once again, I mostly avoid, as it masks the good flavour! Welcome to myLot..and truly hope you enjoy your time here!

fried fish - It is fried fish.
It is easy to prepare and it is good with vinegar and chili. We just place some cornstarch on it for breading prior to frying

I love fish, so basically I accept any fish in any cooking style. I can do fried fish myself at home. However in the UK I don't have many chances to eat fried fish, most of them are roasted in oven. Last bank holiday I went to Wing Yip and bought some fish. I think I will do fried fish soon when I have time.

Yup. It is better if you marinate fish with some tumeric powder and salt. After two or three minutes, deep fry it.
