Why people prefer to eat salad?

Isn't it Yummy? - If we want to be slim and trim then please used salad.

It is being observed that people to eat salad along with their meal. Salad is the best means by which you can control your diet. We can say a balanced diet is only completed when we use salad in our meal. It is the only source by which we can balance the water level in our body tissues by not taking water. So friends what is your opinion about this? Do you prefer to eat salad daily?

While I truly enjoy salads I would not want to eat them daily. And to be honest unless your salad had a variety of different colored vegetables in it I am uncertain that it would provide all of your nutritional needs. But since my daughter and I both drink water daily I suppose it doesn't matter about not eating salads daily as our water level is kept at a good level.

We do prefer eating salads daily. Eversince my mom had a gallstone she makes sure that in every meal there are fruits or vegetable salad in the table. It really good for the health and it is a delicious meal too.

I really enjoy salad. Yes it definately is a way to balance your diet out. I think about eating salad all the time because they are good, and then when I dont want anything hot to eat and quick I make a salad, and through all the fixings into it. Now I dont eat a salad everyday but i probably should. I really need to work on balancing out my green vegitable intake. And I just re-read that part about balancing out the water intake. I drink a lot of water and I do mean a lot of water. I guess I should realy truely be eating more salads to balance that out.

I do prefer to eat salads daily. They are refreshing, healthy and provide a good source of vegetables and fruit, along with some protein at times. Salads are also so easy to make. The only hitch can be the dressing, as far as extra calories go.

Yes salad is certainly good, i eat most of the days salads from onion, carrots, tomato etc, what ever is available in the season, my wife adds lemon juice, black salt and some sugar, great taste for all in our family.. Thanks, God bless you. cheers Happy posting. Prof

I eat salad because i like sweets.. and i eat salad because for it is still considered as one of the nutritious food because its complete recipe is topped with milk, different kinds of fruits for fruit salad and the like...

I like eating salad, as I like to eat vegetables and I think it's healthy too. I always think eating vegetables is healthy, and without cooking, I guess it's healthier too. But I can't take it as the main course, without eating others, as salad itself won't be enough for me. I'd like to have it as appetizer.
