Sports injury, had you experienced it?

last april 7, we had a badminton play together with some group of people. it was really my prayer and hope that we will have a good play together. so that we will be able to enjoy the time together. however, at the warm up time, i step on the the wrong foot or in summary, got a wrong foot work. and that it caused my left lower bone, or fibula got broke. at first, i don't want to believe it. but it was really painful. that it caused me to stop the game and went home. after two days, x-rayed my left leg and saw that there is fracture there. and i was rushed to the hospital and got my lef cemented. and so, right now, i am to be confined to 1 month rest and recovery. and 6 months rest from playing badminton. huhu. what a sad news. but it gives me time to think and do some hobbies like cross stitching. hehe.. how about you?
