Yes I was a wuss. I didn't see the Pen-Sens game When I saw they were to play, I thought the Pens were going to win and I didn't want to watch. Then I saw they were in the 2OT and I didn't want to jinx the Sens! . From the hightlights I missed a great game. Did you watch? The Whole game or just the end?

I don't think I saw this game too. But, since I'm too late in this response, I'm pretty sure it didn't turn out well for Spezza and the Sens in the end. And now that the caps are out of it, I think it is becoming clear that the cup will be held by a western team. Who knows... it could even be my canucks!

I was like you in the fact that I thought the Pens would finish it last night at home, but was impressed by the effort of the Ottawa team even after coughing up a 2-goal lead and falling behind 3-2 they got it back to 3-3 and fought it to the end till they got into overtime and both teams had lots of chances and even a bunch of power plays, but you could tell that both teams were exhausted when they had the advantages neither could take advantage because of the fatigue factor and the winning goal was the result of a deflection going right between the legs of the Pittsburgh goalie and despite being outshot by a good margin Ottawa was able to get 56 saves out of their backup goalie and as the announcer said and I said at the same time believe it or not Ottawa lives to fight another day and Game 6 is back in Ottawa where Pittsburgh won both games so it should be interesting to see how that goes if Ottawa can force a game 7 back in Pittsburgh or if they can end it there in Game 6. all of the western conference series got to 2-2 that played 4 games though I was not too surprised by that as that conference was so competitive this year although San Jose thumped Colorado 5-0 last night to take a 3-2 lead in that series and I would be surprised the way San Jose has played the last two unless Colorado's goalie can steal one I would think San Jose would win it in the next game, but that is why they play the games.

I watch bits and pieces of the game. I did really miss much of the game. I did catch some of the third overtime period of the game. It was a weird goal that bounced off a couple of Pens players so I guess the goalie wasn't able to see it. I still think the Pens will wind up winning the series though.

I watched most of it..was thrilled with the way it ended!! Alfredson is one of my favorite non-wing players. always has been. Then I watched the sharks hang the Avs out to dry,,that was fun too. Tonight I get to stay up late to see if we can push the coyotes a little closer to the edge of elimination. I hope the kids from Chicago can hang on, I don't mind them losing..just not to Nashville. Sticks crossed, we are all still so happy in the morning.
