Been to the Doctor

I have just come back from the Doctor
The Good News....she was very nice, did not rush and spoke a lot to me about things
I like her and felt Comfortable with her
Now here we come to my previous Doctor who most of you know was a waste of Space
My new Doctor tried to access my Medical Records that have been sent across from the previous Doctor, well she got in but hardly any information for her, in other words the Records she got had not been updated or hardly gave her any information, needless to say she was not happy about it, also my Allergies where down as expired
since when do allergies expire, so she tried to update them it would not let her, it did not tell her much about my Emphasimia, Copd, and the other couple of Problems I have, it did not tell her that I had my Gall Bladder removed, it did not tell her either that I was left suffering for 10 months by the previous Doctor before referring me to a Gastric Consultant and then having a rushed an appointment to get the Gall Bladder out as soon as Possible
Basically it did not tell her a lot
So now they have to get onto the previous Surgery and tell them to transfer everything in a decent Manner
I am of course not surprised at all specially because this was a Transfer done by the previous Doctor herself
Ok the outcome is, they have put my Medication up in Dosage, she does not want to take me of them, as they are the best ones, so for 3 months the Dosage is up, basically she told me the Stress of moving, the Stress with being scared of loosing Gissi, the Stress with Money, being so ill lst week with the Cloud over us (I got told of for not calling the Nurse out) and the Stress with this A$$ of a Landlord, has become to much for me to deal with, it is causing Anxiety Attacks and also deep Depression, she has told me to get on the Phone to the Council to help with the So called Landlord, which I was doing anyway, she wants the Flat checked to make sure that I will be safe in the Flat, as it has concerned her that the Nurses already had to be out 3 times to me, what she means by this is I have asked for a Gas Safe certificate since I have moved in here, which he has to provide by Law, he is totally ignoring me, so I will now seek help
Also I am still waiting for a Date for the decorating, he is ignoring me
He has had his chances he ignored them so now I will involve the Council on this
So I think I am falling apart

I'm glad that you have a good doctor now. It is very important for us to have doctors that we can rely on and trust.
As for your landlord, I was afraid this would happen. Yes, do what you must to get his butt in gear to do what he must be doing. Your environment could be a huge issue with your health problems.
Try not to let these things get to you. If you would take some time to yourself to do what would help you and allow you to relax or to have some enjoyment. This may help. It does for me. Best of luck to you on all concerns. hugs

Hello to both of you
You do not need to worry about me I will be ok the upping of my Dosage has helped so I am ready for a fight here with the Council and the Landlord, they phoned me, said they would ring him and I have heard nothing since I do not care how Ill I make myself over this I will win the Fight and I am willing to take it as far as I can
I am sick of being treated like an Idiot and of being ignored, he has to supply this by Law and I will go all the way

Hello dear lady, it's so good to see you! I am getting better. Had a bit of a set back this weekend but getting better...again. lol
Yes, she and I sure do have our problems. You have some too, which you seem to forget about. I don't though. I worry about you too.
How is the gardens coming? I hope you have not been getting the snow like Britt has. He had snow this weekend, how awful is that when we are having or were having some nice days?

No you are not falling apart. I hope the council can help you. I told you too to report that stupid nurse! Oh well............
I am glad you got into a dr and you like her.The case of missing records is nothing new but at least this dr.took time with you and upped the dosage.
Girl, you have to take care of yourself and seems as tho you are doing ok in your own fashion!
Hang in there and do not let life get you down and also wring that landlord's neck if you can LOL

Whatever is wrong with your body it's not breaking your spirit and that's the main thing. Get the council involved as soon as possible, my daughter had a fire just before Christmas due to an electrical fault and her landlord had not provided either a gas or electricity safety certificate.
If the council say they can't help try the fire safety officer at the local fire station, they have the authority to insist on the safety certificates, fire alarms, carbon monoxide monitors etc.,
I'm glad you seem to have found a decent doctor, maybe she will liven up the old one.

NO, I do not think u are falling apart. I think u have just had to much stress lately & it has caught up w/u. That happens. I'm gad u liked the new dr. That's a big plus. Your landloerd needs a good swift kick in the pants. I have never understood why people want to have rental property & not to what they are suppose to. I hope u get to feeling better & can get the things done that people need to do & u can quit stressing over so many things.

Do you know Jo the Council apparently got in touch with him and I have still not heard anything from either I am getting so fed up I can feel it building up in me and they do not want to push me over the edge which will probably take another few Months lol but when I am over the edge they want watch out lol

Hi Sweetness! I am SO glad to hear that you found a Doctor that you really like and trust, that is VERY important! BUT as for the rest of the other crap I am really sorry that you have had to go through all of that, that you have been so stressed and not feeling the greatest! Hi Sweetz! Glad to hear that the new dosage is helping and working out good for you. I'd never desert you hun, I love you too much! I just had quite a few things going on in my personal life that needed tending to and we went to Calgary to visit my brother and my best friend Sandi for a week. Hubby doesn't want to move there because it's TOO big and WAY too overwhelming for him, so as his wife I support him and his decision! We are looking at other options of places to move to!

I should be your doctor! LOL Didn't I tell you all this hmmmmmmm? Well except for the gas certificate thing. That never occured to me. Guess it's a good thing I'm NOT your doctor! LOL
You are not falling apart sweetheart. You are adjusting. And I am so proud of you that you got the doctor you wanted, and that she is willing to do right by you. Now ignore your landlord and just deal with the council from now on. You have your doctor to back you up, so things should improve. Now take a deep breath, in...........out............in............out and smile and cuddle Gissi. Things will get better and if the decorating still isn't done by the time I get there, I will do it myself while you feed me cuppa after cuppa until it's done! That's a promise!

If you have a letter from your new doctor, the councill will act fast, good for you sweet and good luck with everything, that Landlord should be taken down a peg or two, love and hugs.

It must be hard what you been through and I sympathize with your situation as of now. You indeed feel like you were falling part but you can't just let it happen to you. You have to continue fighting because your family loves and needs you. They are probably as worried as you but you must see to it that you are strong.
Let me tell you one thing. If you are sick and you constantly worry about it then there might be a chance that illness will multiply. I have seen this to other people who are sick...they worry too much that's' why they are prone to sickness because illness love that in every person...the fear. You must overcome it and help your body overcome your illness.

You are not falling apart gabs, it’s just that there is only so much one can take sometimes and you’ve had a lot to deal with all at once on top of your health concerns! It is comforting to know that you have found a decent doctor who listens and is not in a hurry to get you out of the door. Hopefully the increased dosage of your medication will kick in soon and, as you will begin to feel better you will be able to deal with every issue one at a time. You’re still in my thoughts and here’s hoping for a quick recovery!

The Council is looking into things now so I hope this will soon get sorted
This Landlord thinks he is being clever ignoring my calls and that but he does not realise I might be a Woman and a couple of years ago I would have backed of and hidden but not any more

Do whatever needs to be done to get the landlord to comply, but also turn your doctor in to the AMA and let them know how poorly he keeps his records and putting you off for so long before getting the gall bladder checked. He could lose his license for such shabby practices.

By the way, my allergies are absolutely terrible this year. Your previous doc 'expired' yours. Any ideas on how to get mine to 'expire'. lol

No. I do not think you are falling apart. I think you are doing what you have to. It will be better in the long run. Does anyone have a decent landlord?? ever?? Get the Council involved and they will make the landlord do what he is supposed to do. Don't worry so much about him.
You are doing a lot better than you think you are.

i too have a bunch of health issues and i often feel like i am falling apart too. it is tough having numerous health issues (here in canada, i have to go to different doctors for each health issues - specialists).
as for allergies, my allergies have seemed to have disappeard also.

with! I had no idea that your stupid azz new Landlord was
putting you through all this! I thought that you finally had
found a nice new stress free place to live! I'm so sorry! I
hope that the Council will be able to help you get this all
sorted out as soon as possible! And I hope you stupid azz
doctor will send the records she has to send, by law! Don't
worry your new doctor sounds like she will take care of this
stuff for you at least! So try to take it easy and not get

I have just come of the Phone to the Council and they will certainly set the Ball rolling, the Lady I spoke to will speak to the Guy who phoned and find out what has been done since he called me as this Landlord has to get his Butt in gear
He is going against the Law here and I know he will give me Grief but I have given him enough chances which he has ignored by ignoring me when ever I try to phone him
Now it is enough
