What particular part of your body gets fat easily than the others ???

For me it's my belly and also my thighs!!!.. I hate it everytime I'm gaining weight they just seem to increased their sizes bigger than the others..I'm just a slim girl but I think that they are not really proportioned to my body overall.. But right now I have this rituals to make them slimmer I see some good changes I just hope that this will continue (Oh please).. How about you guys what particular part of your body pigs out more than the others??? Thanks and God Bless to all..

Oh, I'm like you. I have a slim body type, though my arms are thick than they should be. I don't have problems with my face, legs, or belly, my real problems are on my arms. Every time, I gain weight, my arms became fatter than the other body parts. Yeah, not in proportion. I don't know what I have to do to thin it so I'll have an overall skinny body. I think my arms are as big as the arms of my fatter friends, while I am thin!

Thanks! I'm afraid dumbells might make my arms become bigger, with huge muscles! LOL. Do you know how heavy the dumbells should be? I sometimes don't believe the internet because a friend of mine has the same problem and she tried what she found on the internet, but her arms became bigger.

LOL!! of course not..well I mean I hope not..I remember my aunt told me about its weight before so that you would not have muscles instead just a firm smaller one..I am going to ask her about it and I'll pm you

Hello there autumndreamer!!! Oh so it's your arms hmmmm..You know my aunt has this exercise with dumbells maybe you should try that one!! She has really huge arms before but they gone firmer and smaller so I think it's really effective..I don't know the exact routine she was doing but maybe the internet would give us some info with that.. It's pretty awkward when you feel like you are slim but some of your body parts are not as slim as others Hope that the exercise will work for your arms..goodluck!!! Thanks for sharing!! What are those rituals you do? :) I think we have the same problem, are you pear-shaped? The food I eat just goes straight to my thighs and my behind. I wouldn't have complaints about it, but the top part of my body is left out! I try exercises that focus more on my lower part, but I think that while I do lose some fat, there are muscles that get bigger.

Hello there Imcueva!!! I have this hot cream I cover it with some slimming band or something ( I actually don't know how to call it)and then exercise..I dance so it really helps because I move alot..luckily I really sweat on that area.. Yeah I also have a big behind and I don't know if my thighs are proportioned to it I have a slim one before that's why when they increased in size I think they are not pleasant in the eye anymore..for my tummy not really a bulge in there but not really acceptable with two piece or bikini.. I wanted to gain weight because I wanted my face to somehow looks fatter but every time I gain weight I observe that my thighs were the only part that is getting bigger that give me stretchmarks too. Same as you, people perceives me to look slimmer though maybe because of my face and my belly

Oh yes, I think the belly and thighs (specially in women) were made specifically to store fat LOL…I too am quite slim and proportionate except for the belly which sticks out! And once that fat has deposited, its so difficult to get rid of it too! Good luck with your exercise regimen…

Well, in general, I think its the abdomen. If we look at it, this is the part of the body where the fats are usually stored considering that it usually the part that does little movement all the time. In fact, if you look at people usually you would see a lot with bulging tummies.

I think it definitely has to be the waist area! I'm trying to exercise on a regular basis but it's very difficult to lose weight around the waist! I'm trying my best in any case and I have hope for the future that I will actually achieve something regarding this! Everyone is different though and I guess some people will a lot more weight on in other areas! Andrew

For me its my thighs and legs . I really needed to work out but no time I guess, so if I have the time to do some workout and not just stretching, I can cut off some few fats there. I am using a lotion for removing cellulite, but I don't see much improvement. Do you know of any that can work on this area? I am also limiting my intake of sweets just like donut and other delicacies that would only help increase my bulk.

Me too it's really hard to include workout on a busy schedule.. but I am planning to have some swimming lessons so I will be obliged to have some activity for my fitness.. Me too that's what I'm doing..I have this hot cream that burns fat and I try to cover it with something that will secure the heat..I try to limit my carbs intake too Thanks for sharing..

whenever I gain weight it's so sad that my thighs always get all the fats that's why its always obvious when I gain weight and its so sad its hard for me to lose weight again.

it is very common to a women easily get fat is our tummy., for me my tummy easily get bigger than to other part of my body, is it because i am only seated about 8hours a day facing my computer because this is my job., all my food i ated that day is stored on my stomach, that is why i've got a bigger tummy as of now.,lol

urgh!.. i hate it when I gain weight because the first parts that bulge are my belly, arms and face. And the worst thing is, they too are the last parts of my body that is lost. They are so difficult to lose and hard to slow the gaining process with.

I am fat myself, and I have been since birth. And the part of my body that gets way fatter when gaining weight is my tummy, and it disproportions me because my legs are slimmer than other parts of my body. But my husband loves to see and caress my tummy when it's bigger, it's weird but he does love it so much. And I don't have any insecurity whatsoever, I am just trying to balance my food intakes for health reasons not for any physical purposes. happy mylotting!

Hi khaezi, When I can't guard my intake of carb I can easily feel the bloating effect on my face, my cheeks become obviously gets rounded and stretch like being bloatedBut it won't take much time to get rid of it actually few days of diet will be back to normal.The easy I gain weight that's easy for me to lose weight as well.
