The result of the survey is the effect of the propagandas presented to the public whether it is good or a bad one. That is why when we compared the survey results conducted by a designated agency it goes high and down. Does propaganda affects the point of view of the viewing people. Does it have truthfulness or just a mere gossip and there is no truth in it. What about you, do you believe and will it affect you in choosing the right candidate to vote?

Technically black propaganda is style in politics to make big accusations or etc. to opponent which voters are affected and put a doubt to everyone. that's my stand. But one thing is for sure I am not affected to any propaganda because its PINOY politics.

yes black propagandas are tactics to make the public confused especially the majority of our voters who are dependent to the latest news. but i just hope that this will not affect their choice unless the black propaganda is most likey true.

Yes, it will affect my choice of candidates but it will be on the opposite side. Black propaganda makes me think more of the bigger lies, corruptions and deceits their advocates will do after election. It's just so sad that some black propagandists are so desperate that despite claims these are just lies, they still insist on their propaganda. Why? Because the poor and the less educated will easily fall prey into these.

but there are some propagandas being broadcast which are also believable and are visible and has been an issue beforehand.

If you've noticed, these propagandas affect each candidates involved. I guess you really can't take this out of our system. People here would do anything just to get what they want.

i think propagandas can affect if there is truthfullness on it. it would surely affects the decision of the people but if propagandas made are just making the other image bad then it is the plus of the person because the viewers can somehow determine the truth and false issues.

I guess it has a negative impact on the person being accused if the allegation can be verifiable but so far many that has come out in the open are really fakes that is why it becomes more and more favorable to the candidate being accused of that black propaganda. So I think if the propaganda would continue on then it may benefit the person spreading it or it may just bounce back at them and they are the ones dragged down with it. so I say this is a double edged risk to take.

hi rosey, sometimes I'd like to say a lot of us filipinos are IDIOTS, why we always seek controversies and troubles.. I pity to our unfortunate brothers and sisters who are suffering because of poverty, and here our idealistic politicians competiting to who gets the POWER.. lucky me I am in a middle family I can find ways on my own and for my family. how about those who are not able and does not know what is happening..hahahay.. too much to say but I just hate politics.. have a great day

i definitely agree with you, politics in our country is very dirty. Almost everybody is aiming for power and they are using violent acts just to pursue their intentions. When and how can we change this way of politics in our country? and who can change this? lets wait and see....

About surveys, well I don't believe on it and it does not change my conviction of whom to vote. Even if they said that this and that candidate is on the top list, it will never bother me of whom to vote because I have my conscience telling me who is going to serve our country right before God and men. Probably some would get to think that the survey would manipulate their convictions, well, I don't know about that, but I can only speak for myself and as I have said, I already have a bet and it will never change my mind of whom I'll vote.

firstly, black propaganda is part of election whether we like it or not. Certainly, in will of course affect my choice but in the long run, its up to the voters' stand on their candidate. Black propagandas are most likely to be proven wrong with the help of the media in the dissemination of right information. those that are said to be "black propaganda" that are not yet proven wrong or right, for me, is the same as being true, NO CLARIFICATION OF TRUTH= PROPAGANDA IS REAL. and when the candidate who is the subject of the black propaganda presents too manny(i mean many) excuses is a stalking-horse and should NOT be voted. well thats my opinion. =)

but if the black propagandas being presented to the public has no truth in it then the person concern should not mind it.

in other perspective that can be a mechanism also but in times like this, candidates should clarify themselves in order to reach the public. They cant just ignore the black propaganda thrown at them, not every voter know the candidates very well. Candidates will probably defend their reputation but some cases of defending reputation is so obvious to be fake and desperate. People needs good judgment and enlightenment on that aspect.

Yes propaganda will affect my vote because they release it a little proof. It is hard to create a story overnight and release it to media without some backing. But I never believe any surveys. It is still the opinions of some people but not the decision of *all* the people.

it is really hard to believe but somehow propagandas have truthfulness on it especially if it is visible.
