My Dog Ran Away!

Well, I don't have a real dog but my dog on Farmville ran away yesterday. In order to get her back I had to pay 2 FV Cash. My 3 year old named her, Albee and every time he sees I get on Farmville he always asks to see her, so although I didn't really want to pay 2 FV Cash to get him back, I hated to have to tel him that she was not on Farmville anymore. It's funny how its sad when a child loses their real dog and even a cyber dog too. But now we have Albee back on the Farm so all is good. Has anyone else's dog ran away on Farmville?

Ha! Ha! I don't mean to laugh (well, I sorta do!) At first, I was sad for you, then read into your post and realized it was a game from Facebook you were talking about. One of my sister's play that app and her doggie ran away. I don't know why or anything else about it though! Glad Albee came back!

I've got a Farmville dog called Rara, named after my friends dog. It hasn't run away yet, I didn't really plan to buy one but my friends kept sending be puppy kibbles so I bought a dog. I had more than half the kibbles I needed then and have got even more now so I think I need 4 kibbles to make sure it stays and grows up.

I've got lot of dog treats too so when my puppy's grown up I can teach it tricks. or at least I think that's what they're for, haven't really checked.

I am not into those games but I can see how a young child would be. Kids have wonderful imaginations. these things seem so real to them.

Yes, I think to him, Albee is real. If it hadn't been for him, I wouldn't have worried about whether or not I got Albee back or not.

That's too cute. Plus, it was really nice of you to spend the Farmville bucks just to make sure that your child gets to see that pup. I have never played the game Farmville on Facebook, however I know a lot of people who do play the game. I think that it must be rather addicting, that and also the Mafia game on there as well. My brother started coming home on his lunch break to play the Mafia game when he first discovered it. And he had never gone home for lunch before that. My boss at work is a definite Farmville addict. She has reached all of the levels and will sign up to be friends with your friends, if she finds out that they play Farmville, just so that she can connect with them and have a better chance at the bonuses and such. I told her that my sister played Farmville, and she friend requested her. She didn't want to be my friend on Facebook, because I don't play the game. Now, isn't that a bit rude. LOL Oh well, it didn't hurt my feelings none.

I used to play farmville... now, I hide everything about it. Ignore gifts and request for anything in farmville... and that is because of the dog... I bought the dog and go to it everyday but things started to be slowing, I couldn't log into farmville, I am always out of sync. There would be time when I have to wait for the page to load for an hour and then after a few minutes (I haven't started anything yet) it would be out of sync. Anyway I loved the dog but the game is starting to be burden so when I couldn't feed the dog for two days coz the game won't open during anytime I can use the comp, thinking that the dog would ran away... I ran away first. I deleted the application and wouldn't want to do anything with farmville anymore. The frustration really got me turned off. Maybe after a few more months, if friends will reason out, I might play it again. But friends just say the game is real time waster.

Yeah, I have had times when it wouldn't load for me either. Normally, I can just reboot my computer and it does better.

My animals didn't run away while I was on Farmville. I like Happy Pets and had two cats on there. My grandson wanted to see them every day and watched and participated in feeding and playing with them. It is a fun site but much like Farmvile in that the animals are all sad and such if you don't get back to them in a timely manner. That is the reason I don't have a real animal!!

Thank goodness NO. I have 2 dogs and was fortunate enough to be able to feed them each day for the 2 weeks that they are now permanent. Now I just have to keep giving them treats so they learn their tricks.
