I didn't but Gissi did I bet
One of my Moments earlier I just can not believe I did it as well
Ok here is the Story for you
I bought a nice cushioned Toilet Seat of Ebay when I moved here
Well within a Month the Hinges snapped
on the Seat
Right now I am not in a Position to replace the seat, but it is ok there is only me here and Gissi goes outside so does not need to use the toilet hehehe
Anyway as usual Gissi comes into the Bathroom and starts jumping at me, he knows that we will be going out after I finished, so he bounces of my Legs which is pretty sore
Well I went to stop him, as he was really excited this morning, slightly moved to stop him with my Hands ..........I was on the Floor, Gissi of course still jumping all over me, he then comes close to my Face as if to say ' what you doing Mum, you did not have to come down to my Level you know' Well I was so stunned that it took a while for me to realise if I do not get of the Floor, Gissi will not stop jumping at me as he thinks that is what I am on the floor for
Now I am totally on my own with just Gissi, but I still blushed for my stupidity, I mean come on I know the Seat is loose, so why did I move so fast and sudden
I blame Gissi for this I mean if he had not been a pest I would not have had to move which means I would not have fallen of the Toilet (How embarrassing)
Do you agree with me?

Oh Gabs, I just had to laugh at this, and it made me feel so much better to know that I wasn't alone. The other night I got out of bed, half asleep and went to the bathroom and didn't bother turning on the light or even really open my eyes. I'd completely forgotten that Spunky was upstairs. I sat down on the toilet, did my thing and was reaching for the toilet paper when my hand got licked.........eeeeeeeeeeeeew! I nearly jumped out of my skin! I pulled my hand back with a such a jerk I fell sideways right off the toilet and over the rim of the tub. As I'm getting back up to get out of the tub I look into the dark and see these eyes staring at me, which scared me all over again. So I yell for Spunky! LOL Well of course it's her in the bathroom with me, and she makes this sound in her throat as if to say "What is your problem, it's just me". LOL Dogs should NOT be allowed in the bathroom. They are dangerous! ROFL

Ah, better now. I have to add that I'm SO glad that you weren't hurt! A fall in the bathroom can be very hazardous, especially gals of, ummm, our mature status.

As does Harmony. She likes to drink from the sink tap.

ROTFL, okay, okay, these things do happen when we have these rambunchcious little people in the house and loosen bathroom seats too. lol My boys come into the bathroom for the same reason, they know I go first and then they go. If it was not that way, then I'd have an accident before I got back, lol
So they jump all over me thinking this will hurry me up, instead some times it makes me later as they scratch me and move me...because my seat is loose and it makes me move and fall over a bit.
This is just too funny Gabs and I can just see it happening. lol

Oh yes. Of course, it must be Gissi's fault. He probably booby-trapped the seat in the first place.
When you were on the floor, Gissi was probably thinking "Gotcha!!!".
I think this was one of his practical jokes.
You should contact the seller of the seat and see if he can resolve the problem.
Unless, Gissi was the seller in disguise.
In which case, you are out of luck. LOL

That's right - Blame the Dog! - Everyone always blames the dog. That's whats wrong with this country today, no-one is ever going to take responsibility for their own actions. You should have fixed the seat in the first place, secondly you should at least close the door, after all he is a boy dog, so for decency's sake
you shouldn't let him into the bathroom at all.
Gissi is not to blame at all for this.
Two legs good, four legs better.

) but oh dear poor gabs, i hope you didnt hurt yourself too much. and yes embarrassing but at least Gissi was the only audience, bless him !!!

sure gabs let us blame gissi but are you okay? I mean you did fall, darned hinges snapped and tossed you out on your keaster andof course
you were embarrassed as I would have been now Gissi is in his elementyou did not have to fall mum just to play with me,come on anyway mum. Poor Gissi his mum came flying or at least sliding onto the floor. Yes of course Gissi bumpingyou in the legs did not help much either . I think Gissie thinks he is part human, he always has that light of super intelligence in his eyes. I did not use to like little dogs as well as bigger ones til I met smart and wise little Gissi. hugs to you both.
