i din't understand why ebay doesn't help out their sellers. they seem to care about the buyer, but not the seller. after all, the seller is the bread and butter of ebay. has anyone else had problems with ebay?

I always have trouble on ebay wiht non paying or non responsive bidders. It can be annoying but I keep selling. Luckily I ahvent had a problem wiht buying anything on ebay yet. i have gotten everything Ive bought or gotten refund for something that wasnt available so its been good that way. I really could never quit ebay as I love it as both a seller and a buyer. I need it to earn extra cash and i like to have it when I need something to buy as there are many great deals on it.

I don't subscribe to ebay and don't know exactly how people make money there. I am sorry to hear that they treat buyers better than sellers. Of course every business entity would take good care of their buyers so as not to lose any business. Buyers are their prime concern in any business.

It is frustrating. A few year back, I sold books on there, I decided that was a waste of time and resources for very little money. My biggest problem was with the post office.

I don't use ebay cher as I really don't trust the site. Personally I know of friends who struggle to sell things, I don't think ebay really care about that aslong as they do make money. I tend to get a lot e-mails from them about winning cash but never about things I could buy. Amazon are always tempting me as they send E-Mails with discounts on the products I most recently searched and often enough I do look something, leave it and hope they offer it me for 20% off or something. Good bargains are real GREAT bargains that way. hehe

Actually, the buyer pays. So they want the buyer happy. Although the seller pays a percentage of what the buyer paid. So yes, you would think so. I've only been a buyer, I haven't been a seller yet. So I've had no problems. Just in case I become a seller in the future, I hope to be, what problems have you had?

Good morning, cher...so far, so good, but I am only a purchaser..altho soon I must get around to being a seller, as I have far TOO MUCH STUFF! I think my son & his friends are the backbone of E-Bay, and so far...GREAT! He always has something for sale..bidding on something, or has just bought something, and I do defer to his analysis..as being young~~he seems to have so much more computer savvy than I, and he gives them a "thumbs up!" He finds all the parts for my Landscaping Equipment..at about 1/4 the price, that I would pay commercially here! SORRY you are having "issues"! Take care and Cheers!

I actually haven't used Ebay very much in the last couple of years when they started changing their policies. I think that they should provide at least as much support for the sellers as they do for the buyers and honestly I think that there should be more support for the sellers than the buyers because if it weren't for the individuals that are selling on Ebay then there would be no buyers and thus the company wouldn't be able to exist.
