Are you sure that coffee makes you sick or anything with caffeine for that matter? If its only coffee, I guess you can try some tea. Tea would have caffeine in them that can help you stay awake I guess. I have tried that before, I was eating donuts, since I couldn't get a cake, and some tea while typing a project that was due the following morning. I was able to finish my work but, the side effect was not from drinking tea or eating donuts. In my case, my lower back ached since I was slouching while I was typing that time Then again, we never know.. what works for others might not necessarily work on you

I think it is. Soft drinks, coffee and even tea, gives me a headache. although I get less ache from tea. tea is unavailable right now, but i'll surely get one for next time! thanks!

Oh my.. since your in training, that might mean you have to be awake at times wherein others are normally asleep. What kind of training are you talking about anyway? I guess for that kind of situation, you really have to adjust your sleeping habits to cope with the time difference in that training. Forcing your body to be awake when its actually insisting on sleeping is not really a good thing

actually the training time is on regular working hours {9:00-18:00). I'm just really tired. Thanks for your concern! I will try sleeping early :)

Hi kutakmilo: Sounds interesting. Actually it's the first time I've heard that Milo makes you keep awake, but as people has mentioned, every body has its own reactions to substances. Thanbks for your answer. ALVARO.

hi kutakmilo! I agree! Milo keeps me awake I drink lots of milo when I'm at the office, we're training at a different place so there isn't much of a bev. place. So after we ate lunch, we bought coffee and milo and sure enough, I'm awake all afternoon, though I was busy my lotting that maybe my brain forgot that I'm sleepy. haha

Hi knicnax: First of all, thanks god I don't have your problem but I think that a good way to make you feel awake while training it's listening a selection of the music you love chosing the ones that would make you feel active. At least that was my strategy to stay awake when I had to study a lot in my university. Thanks for asking us this question. Good luck. ALVARO.

What training you are doing and why so much worried, well you have tried so many things, just go out, wash your face with cool water, move around in the room itself, i am sure you will feel relaxed.. Thanks for this post. God bless you. Cheers Happy posting. Prof

have a warm up to let those sweat come out or try rubbing those two hands together creating heat on your palm and put it on your eyes to feel the warmth.
