Do you erase the referrer's name from link when you click a new paid to program? or are you fair and give credit to the person who refers you? I think some times people are afraid to help others. I had many people join a program they found out from me but they simply went to site instead of helping me..isn't that bad? I look for new programs on people's profiles and try to help others what about you?

I don't erase the referrers name or code. I join them as their downline. I give them credit for inviting me/showing me the site where I can benefit. It's always ok to help other people. Help them well and for sure when the time comes that you are the one needing it, more people will also give help to you. Happy mylotting folks!

I always credit the person who posted the referral link and if its someone I know personally I'll ask them to email me their referal link or what is their screen name so they'll be sure the get something from it. I would want someone to do the same for me.

I some how don't understand your reasoning behind the answer but this is ok. do you know people who refer things to you that you go to their link and don't give credit to?

it depends, if that referrer tried to spam my email or page just to promote their referrals then i deleted their name, but if im the one who look for it and i found one then of course i include them as a credit to them, besides its also their way to earn extra income, i dont want to be selfish coz in return what if my referrals will do the same to me of course i will feel bad about it for the fact that i gave them idea. i think considering the referrals name is a big credit to them.

That is the key phrase.. "don't want to be selfish" Sometimes that is the real reason some people delete the referral name. They are afraid to help someone get ahead.

I never erase the referrer's name when I join new paid program. I am glad to be their referrals. This is like say thank you to the referrer who have refer the program to me. This is a kind of symbiosis. They help me to get new paid program and they get credited when I do my program. I think to be referrals won't incur losses to us.

I am glad you are honest and give credit to those who refer you. Many people are honest.. only some I have found just can't give credit

I used to do it 4-5 years ago. THinking back, I am so selfish. I wish people to join under me but it is unfair that i do that to others. So, the best way for me now is to get a pool of real active online friends and we do exchange. I feel happy with this method as we are helpful to each other and now, we don't even mind whether we had really exchange. We join based on friendship.

It takes a real honest person to say what you did here.. People who have done or do it would not normally admit they do this. I agree that friends should share links and help each other out. Mylot is a good social network in that it allows you to create friends and share ideas.

I give credit to the person who referred me, cause I understand that that person wants to earn some money too. And if I was in that person's position then I would definitely appreciate it if the person I referred gives credit to me.

Great for you that you do this.. This builds friends and then they will gladly help you when you find something new and worthwhile. Some people refuse to help though for fear someone might take some of their money they don't realize that being referred doesnt in any way take from their earnings.

No. I don't erase my referrer's username. Referrals system is how online programs normally work. You have to give credit to the person who bought you to the site.

People really do that and a word to the very wise: you might want to be a little more creative with your writing so that you can start earning for taking part.
