i do like to reflect on my day, and i do not always need to write to do that, but the clarity of mind that one can achieve by just writing as they are thinking is a tremendous mental relief.

That is true...I usually can't retrieve the rambling of my mnd in order to express myself at later times, and that annoys me. So whether I write or take a picture, I just need to mark my mind's travels with some physical momento.

one secret in writing is because you like what you're doing, although you're not compensated enough. this is one way of expressing your thoughts, opinions, comments, or may give suggestions. anything can write under the sun. sharing experiences and learning from other writers here is fulfilling. there are a lot of things to write, better if its in your interests.

its like writing a diary and i hate doing that as if im trying to put my life in public and let anyone knows everything about me, i still believe on my life privacy and that theres something in me that need to be private, even if i keep that diary in a secure place we can still not guarantee that we can keep them for life without others to read it. so embarrassing to let others know my deepest secret only because of that diary. anyway, things that happened to me in m day to day life is just the same so if i keep on writing them its just like im rewriting what i wrote yesterday today and tomorrow.

As far as I am concerned, I think the number of my posts is not so countale for me now. I am not saying that I usually write a lot of posts here. For sometimes I am so free and have little things to do, then I will write as many topics as I can.But sometimes my daily life is so busy , then I think I will just write about ten posts or so.It really depends on the free time that I have in my life. Have a nice day here.

I'm presuming that you refer to keeping a diary or journal of your day.
This is something that I used to do when I was younger but have not done for many, many years.
I can understand why people like to do this, and in fact I had a friend who both she and her husband kept a detailed record of everything they did everyday.. This in fact came in very handy when they were supposidely 'caught on camera' speeding in a certain location.
They were able to find out just were they where on that day at that time and managed to prove their innocence.

weel this is a good reason to write diary...you can prove your innocence if held to be guilty of something but that is not a proof...... i mean if you were held guilty of something you cannot show to the police that look that day i was here or there by showing him your own written diary......
