what are some good free article submission sites? Ones that allow anchor text and or have an 'about' section where you can put a link to your website? Also, an important question: Can you/should you sumbit the same article to multiple sites? Of course i am talking about if you're the author! Are you allowed to submit the same article to multiple sites?
