RisaAttrell Those are some good ideas. You can talk to yourself as long as you know you're talking to yourself. Its when people talk to themselves but they think there is someone else in the room when there is not, is when we have a problem :)

RisaAttrell I could see how that would work. Only thing is when i'm really down i just wouldn't be able to get myself to dance. To dance, i have to be in a good mood to begin with.

RisaAttrell yes, it's nice to get something new to give us a lift. But we must be careful not to spend too much when we're down :)
