I don't know where we're going to go...

Last year, my son (who is in the Navy and only gets home every couple years) said we only go to cool places when he's not home. So I told him we'd go to Jamaica the next time he was home, but he had to let me know when that would be so we could plan it. We want to go in December - he's hoping to be home for the holidays. We've decided we're taking both of my sons and my step-son. Now we're just waiting on finding out when my son will have leave. Over the weekend though, we found out that it might be hard for us to get to Jamaica because of our time share availability so we started looking at other places. We are now thinking of Hawaii or St. Maartin. Either way it'll be fun! Where do you think it'll be a good place to go. All the "kids" are actually grown men - 22, 24 and 26 years old.

It would be better if you visit an island.I love islands and have been to quite a few of them. I visited the Andaman and Nicober Islands quiet a few times and I am really pleased to see its beautiful beaches, with either white or golden sands, coconut trees and blue water rich in corals and other wildlife.I had seen dolphins for the first time in wild... It is in India. My friends say that you can go "Island hopping" because there are so many islands around and you can take a public ferry to visit the island where people are there. The people are very friendly and food is also great.

We're most likely going to an island, but not sure which one. I'm hoping my son knows soon when he will be home so we can get this totally planned...

I do not have any experience with any of the places you are naming. I would say, with those young me, any place that has beautiful young ladies and some night life and some exciting daytime activities will be a hit. I remember when he was home last, hard to believe it is nearly two years. I will have to admit, when I read the title of the discussion I suspected another of my friends was going to be homeless.

Oh, sorry to have scared you like that, but we're good on the "home" front. I'm sure they boys would like to go anywhere - we're paying for everything except spending money. It always seems strange that I don't see him when I see my other son all the time (since he still lives at home).
