For me I would say my mom. Her and I have been walking everyday to lose weight and eat lunch together everyday. I really enjoy doing this with her as when I was younger her and I did not get along to well. So who is your best friend right now and what kind of things do you do together?

That is great. I have a boyfriend and we are friends but he sleeps during the day and that is usually when I am running around doing whatever so we only spend so much time together. I would consider him another best friend too! Thanks for the response:)

I love my children too. They are at those stages where they want to tell me what to do. Make me laugh I know I was like that when I was young too but man you do not think about those things until you are on the other end.

Its nice that you can have that with your Mother - I am close to mine, but I now live in America and she lives back in England where I am from, so we just talk on the phone a lot! My best friend is also back in England. Her name is Sarah, and we met when I was at college - she was a friend of one of my college friends. We were friends as part of the group for a long time, but gradually, many of us started getting married, having kids etc and eventually Sarah and I were the only two single ones, so naturally spent more time together. We also were both dealing with disabilities and with trying to make our bosses in our workplaces understand why we couldn't physically do extra hours, so we bonded over mutual sympathy about that! We went on a holiday together, with her family, to Portugal and thats when we told each other some stuff we'd never told others, and from then we have been really close. We have been through so much together, and if one of us was upset about something, it could be 2am and still the other would drive over and we'd sit outside in the car and talk. Moving to America, leaving Sarah was the worst thing, she is like my sister and though our relationship is just as strong now, by phone and internet, I miss her every day.

Hi there, I find I have common interests with my son in many aspects. He is a grown up adult now and has his own mature thinking. We keep in touch frequently on our mobile phone. We like discussing topic related to the stock investment after the market closing on that evening. We can learn more about the equities trading and investment after a long talk. We have the same interest in movie as well as music. We enjoy the same types of foods as well all the time. the only different thing we have is he doesn't have the concept of the time. Sometimes he is too engrossing in his favorite activities or work and forget about the time. My husband always feels annoying whenever he is late. I always advise him in this and hope he will pay more attention to have time sense and never let other to wait for him in any occasion Happy posting

My mother is always been my bestfriend. My bestfriend right now is still the same. She have been my friend since 2007 until now. We always text each other almost everyday, except when we don't have a load. When she or me is not texting, it is like the day is not complete. I am happy whenever she share what are the different happenings on her life and she is always been talkative and have a lot of stories to share. I love her, she is more like a family to me now. And even my parents know her and everything about her.

Hi, Momtrying! I suppose I can't really count my husband, although that's definitely the first person, always. But the best friend I've ever had and not married is Tracy. We are like sisters, but the kind that actually get along! We're more than 1,000 miles apart, so e-mail and phone calls are the only ways we can be in touch, but we do both just as often as possible. She's really a wonderful person, and her friendship enhances my life in so many ways!

He is just a wonderful husband and a good friend of mine with whom I share everything. He is the bacon bits in the salad bowl of my life. He is my friend, my companion, through good times and bad and my buddy, through happy and sad, beside me I stand, beside me I walk, He is there to listen, to talk, with happiness, with smiles, with pain and tears, I know he'll be there, always throughout the years! Hi Mom, I have a college best friend that up to now is still my bestfriend. she's already in canada with her family. After college graduation and that's 18 years ago-- we met in the US. she and her family visited me and they stayed with me for almost a week. we had a long talk and reminisced our happy college days. after that week of bonding we keep in touch via email, calls and chat. now, my lifetime bestfriend is my hubby. he's always there for me through thick and thin. i am lucky to have a hubby, a bestfriend and a partner rolled into one.

I would have to say my 17 year old daughter. Don't get me wrong, I am still her mother, but she is a good kid... a very good kid. She is very open with me and we have been able to have some great discussions. I did reach out to a friend who has been in my writing group but too busy to attend. She has been a good friend to talk to but I really wish I had closer friends... at least one. I'm not even close to my family members.

My best friend is my husband now. I enjoy doing stuff with him. Just talking when drinking coffee at home is a pleasure. Going shopping, going to the movies or watching a DVD at home, dining out together, etc. But my future best friend will be my 1 year old baby girl I'm sure :)
