Hmm. This is just another observation and I don’t mean to put some negative feelings to the following artists. Well, I am listening to Christina Aguillera’s song now entitle I Turn To You. And it is just so powerful, and I think that is the reason why she won the Best new artist award beating Britney for the same category. The message is nice and the voice and the overall package is really wholesome and touching. But just some days ago, I was listening and looking at her new video. And there is really so much difference. Does it mean that as you grow older, image should change also? She is not the only one, but with Britney spears as well. Just what happened?. Well, well, you be the judge. hehe

Idk. Perhaps over time , celebrities let the fame get to their heads. They lose their drive to make good music and as a result lower their standards... Look at Britney :/ Her music was terrible (according to me .. She still sucks as bad according to me But I have noticed how unattractive she's gotten. Perhaps since her music has gone downhill , so has her image...

3 bucket points for you Stephen! Yes she has gone from good to worst! Her music and her image is but a reflection of her topsy turvy life. She has got to pull herself together it's not girl gone bad but girl gone mad thingy. Britney is just so wild and this is unbecoming of a woman of her status ( have children).

You see the goodie-goodie girl-next-door image doesn't sell records. What sells is s**( sorry to be so blunt)and the bad girl image. Doing the wrong things always attracts attention, makes you famous or rather infamous and at the end of the day sells records!!! Now isn't that what all pop stars and artists want!!! Create a scandal, shock the public and the more they buy!! That's what happens!!!

Probably yes. You see, if there's nothing new in an artist some people just don't take interest in them anymore. You don't sell anymore. Just like some products have to change packaging. Thus, people like Britney and Aguilera, change their image from time to time. I think another reason why they also change their images is because they themselves have changed. Thus to mark a new chapter in their personal lives, they also change in terms of their image in public. Some singers, they would genres. The likes. Change to sell. :D
