i wonder what do most friends as of this time would discuss about somethings.. when we were done eating, we discussed about some political issues. About the winning senators and the new officials we had in our country. And the deserving and somehow shared the same sentiments for those who are undeserving. Hehe. But, I wonder what you would discuss when there are just two of you.. was it more personal, or you involve other matters as well.

I am lucky to have friends that I can really talk to.. We talk about everything that we can think of, from heated debates regarding politics, to religion, work, family among other things. Whether I'm with all of them or there's just the two of us, the stories are still the same, I can tell them personal stories and I know that they will really listen.

talking politics is like talking religion with some people, I have friends with whom I can discuss these issues with and then I have some I wouldnt touch the topic with a ten foot pole. And it doesnt matter if we agree, sometimes the best conversations on these topics is when 2 people have different opinions. It really all comes down to the friend and what mood we are in .. I just dont like talking about politics with people who just want to be heard and dont care what anyone thinks. And yes I have a few friends like that .. and for sure I talk other things with them!!!

We are the same. There are just a group of people whom we are at ease discussing politics and even religion as a matter of fact. But there are those who are hard to get too. And then, there are those whom you are at ease with, but then hard to believe for the mood and the mode is not that right. Well, the real friends are someone who understands all the way. I am glad you find those with you. Hehe.

I wonder why girls are included in your debate. Hehe. Well, politics is something that all of us should get involved too. And then there are other matters as well. Well, congratulations! You get along well.

Myfriends aswell as myself tend not to talk about things like that as we are not really interested in politics. We seem to chat about our children aswell as all the things that are going on in our lives.I find that all of my friends are either married or have children so we always have lots to talk about when we see each other.

If that is the present idea yes we will tackle it. But to both of you as partners we usually discuss the priority things in the family before the outside things. It is good also to be updated in the senatorial and presidential race and e come up to where we are voted to . And it is connected also to the lower positions in our city like Congressman,Mayors, and Councilors. Sad to say that in our place our Mayor did not yet conceded for he will file a protest to the winning candidate, As what he have said he was cheated during the automated election. And we just hope that it is solved before the last term of the winning candidate because as what we have observed usually if there are clamors it is hardly settled it takes 5 to 6 years before it is proven to be true.

Discussions with friends can be rewarding. Fashion, food , shopping and children are major topics to share. I try to avoid discussions of politics with friends. this can open an unwanted can of worms.

Whenever I hang out with friends, we talk just about everything or almost everything under the sun. They're open to so many discussions that I can't think of anything that I can't talk about them, except for the obvious uncalled for topics. But since you're asking if we talk about politics, actually we did not a week 'til today. The 2010 elections had just finished and everyone else here in my country, not just us, are talking about who should we (they: I'm not a registered voter) vote and should we (again..they) avoid. Politics is a deep and broad thing to talk about. ...at least for me. I'm not good at looking at those running for president then telling whether they're like this or that. I just listen to some of my friends who're good at that then take note of what their opinion would be. Some of the presidentials are jokers. They say they've built up a good foundation to reach the evil throne. It's the perfect plan, actually. Almost no one can ignore good deeds.

Of course, we can't help it but partly discuss politics since that is current events and especially with the national elections just over, there is a lot to talk about in relation to politics. But we don't end there. We jump from one topic to the other and not stick to any single topic. That can be boring.

I enjoy talking about politics with my friends and family, but you have to make sure you stay friendly and polite! It's sometimes hard to control your emotions if you feel strongly about some topics, so it is important to remember friendships are important and to be respectful. But I also enjoy talking about family life, what I watched on TV, films I have seen, books I have read, just general topics.

We sometimes discuss but not as passionately as others. To us, it's a topic where we respect each one's opinion about it. Most of our political discussions are for current events updates :).
