Wow, this is great news for our corrupt politicians. When I read the news that new British PM has announced some % of salary cut for all the house members including him and that will reduce some expenditure of government. I though perhaps in India I would see similar move in future but contrary to that what I read today - MPs and MLAs exempted from paying toll on national highway. WHY? They are being paid from the money that we pay as tax than why they should not pay toll and a common man have to pay. I am disappointed with this. What do you think, is this ok or you too agree with me?

Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Prof

Very well said, They have their own set of standards when it comes to exemptions. Law should be equel to all, there should not be any changes for anyone. No one is exceptional. I have listed few recommendations for our MPs & MLAs on my blog. http://ajaysinghbaghel.blogspot.com/ Thanks for the response Sir.

Politicians and government officials were never saying toll even earlier. Now they have legalized only for politicians. Besides every thing else too is free for them.

Good to hear that. So now they are legaly entitled to take the benefit instead of doing it other way. Thanks for the response.
