my water is contaminated because there are too many people live here. the distance between one house to other only about 2 meter. it is not health for us to straight drink it, so i have to buy the water to drink, while for bathing and washing i still use my water.

In our place it's a no. The water here is too rusty. It's not fair because we have to pay the water at a costly price yet it's of no good quality.

I agree. But that is also based on your location. Some places especially the cosgested onces does not recommend us to drink from our faucet as it may be contaminated and may cause diseases. In my case, i just moved in to my new place and been purchasing purified water and never tried water from the faucet. I make sure that i have stocks, but on my 7th month in that place i didn't notice that i ran out of distilled water. I tried to drink at the faucet and guess what charan! nothing serious happened to me. ;-) I observed by body reaction for a couple of days and when i noticed that it safe to drink i'm using it daily up to now. :-)

I still think that mineral water is safer to drink especially in areas where the water distribution system needs a lot of improvement.In my case, i used to live in the city and theres been a wide knowledge that the water pipes there needs replacement.So in this case,it is highly advisable that people should use mineral water for drinking , cooking and most especially for children's feeding needs. I live in a sub urbanrural area and what i have is a deep well powered by electric pump.So far me and my family have not suffered problems that are related to water we use. It's a case to case basis. (^_^)

nowadays, our planet is more contaminated day after day and the natural things are becoming more dirty. i don't drink water directly from faucet even if the water is not contaminated. because i don't know if the water is clean. and nobody prove it to me.

hello joanizik. public says drink 8 litre of water. to get maximal benefit of it,better pour the water by yourself. so you keep guarantee it by higienis and more cheap of course :)

water does tastes better filtered but you only really have to do this if your water is contaminated. And yes it can also be a way for companies to make money by creating these products and then convincing you you need it
