Woe thats a very dificult one of course because I'm a artist and I need my eyes, and I need my voice because I'm a non working singer I come from a family of singers and musicians, so losing my voice, and ability to speak would be awful.
I guess I would have choose between talents ummmmmmmmm I guess I would choose to keep my vision I chose site, but hope that I never have to choose.

I think the most terrible sense that I could lose would be to see. If I lost my hearing, I would most likely loose my speach as well because I think those two go hand in hand. But, sight would be my biggest fear of losing out of those three forsure.
Take care

I think of sight, hearing and speech, that the most difficult to do
without would be seeing. Hearing you can always learn sign language
..the same for speech..but blindness is a whole other world.

The thing I fear most is losing my eyesight. I will try my best to care for this one gift from God that is most precious to me. Losing it will mean living in a world of darkness and nothing can be achieved without being able to see the light. From sighted to non sighted will be a hell on earth, but it is different case for those born blind as they have special sensory facilities to enable them to move around without human aid.

It is a very difficult choice to make. No one would love to face such a situation. No one ever would. And just like you losing the ability to see scares me the most as well.

i have to agree tomitomi even the thought of loosing my sight is scary. i already have some growths in my eyes but they are not serious as yet so no operation is needed for a while but let me tell you that after coming out of the hospital with that news swimming around my head i very much appreciate the sights of everyday weather it is sunny or raining.

hi haddowz I fear losing all of them but sight the most as I am a diabetic and sometimes cannot keep my blood sugar in control.
that would scare me the most as I love this world of ours with
sunshine, blue skies and fluffy puffy
white clouds ,trees all green and flowers smelling sweetly. No I want all my senses as I am so
greedy, do not want to lose any of them.

I would put that at the top of my list.
My grandmother was def and did adequately. We added a light to her phone, when it blinked she could answer it, especially in the winter. She would say i am okay, bye.
I have worked with deft people that read lips, and if you do not change the subject quickly, you can talk right along with them.
My mother was blind and that was difficult. She could not go without someone with her, she could recognize voices and talk right along.

Sight and hearing are both treasured and I would hate to lose either, but especially my sight. At least if I was deaf, I could still read, write, use the computer, watch TV or a film with subtitles, etc.

Have a cool day...
