Hello mylotters, breakfast is the first meal of the day and is the most important meal since it the conclusion of fasting from our previous day's last meal. Do you always makes sure to have your breakfast in time or you prefer to have a late breakfast or just have your brunch meal for the day?

I eat breakfast but its not a complete meal. I eat bread and that's it. I dont eat a lot for breakfast cause there's not time to eat it since I wake up late and I am also not used to eating breakfast.

same with you, i also eat bread and just milk in the morning since i also wake up late in the morning, maybe because i have nothing to do much at home since i dont have job so most of the time i just sleep.

i always eat my breakfast, except sundays as i go to hear mass with my wife and its been a tradition to eat after hearing the mass at our favorite local fast food chain here. during weekdays i eat breakfast as i usually awaken by hunger.and it will upset my stomach if i don't eat, i tend to develop hyper acidity during school days when i skip breakfast due to being late for school..haha so know i am correcting that bad habbit, i can handle without lunch..but not breakfast..if i can't eat breakfast right away i make sure that i eat an early lunch.

i wake up late in the morning like around 10 or 11am so normally i just drink my anmum milk and a bread as the kids and my sister eat their breakfast early and theres nothing left for me. i eat a lot during lunch then another one in between lunch and dinner which what we called merrienda and dinner.

I am very conscientious about breakfast. I am an early bird, so when I wake up around 4am, I usually drink milk tea while reading my emails. Three hours later I would eat my breakfast together with my family. I like to cook my own breakfast because I want it fresh. I prefer fresh fruits and omelets or cereals in the morning, with milk and fresh juice. No coffee for me, I get acid reflux from caffeine.

when i go to work, i eat breakfast on time but when i'm just at home, usually get up late so i just have brunch.

I always make sure I have my breakfast in time. I cannot work well when I don't have breakfast. Its really affecting my performance. There was a time that I skipped breakfast because I was so late. I was not able to do my job well and I cannot focus on meeting. So I always make sure my tummy is full before I start working.

On week days we have a proper breakfast on time generally before half past eight.But most weekends we take it easy and end up having a late breakfast or brunch because it is not possible to have lunch after that.However, I prefer to have breakfast as usual even during weekends instead of a heavy brunch much later in the morning ...all the best and happy mylotting

oh, I do not have breakfast in time . I always have not breakfast . now I am writing but I do not have breakfast. I do want to eat .I want to have brunch. it is harm for me .but I am not starving .

I would prefer to have early breakfast, because the time gap between breakfast and lunch should be around 4 to 5 hours. Otherwise, I would rather choose to have a brunch, once for all, a whole package. I don't like late breakfast, otherwise, I pack it up for lunch the same time. That is how I would treat myself though.

I eat once I wake up. If I wake up at 9 am so I eat at that time. So it depends on the time I will be able to wake up. But I really want to eat breakfast and not skip because according to so many articles i have read, they help make my metabolism increase. Which is what I am trying to do to lose weight.

Somwtime breakfast is good in the morning but its also good at night to for some reason, especially, egss with bacon, and those fat waffles i like pancakes to but when it comes to the buttermilk waffles they are so good. I don't know if we alre allowed to name restauraunts up here or not but its one place i go to and eat their food up. You have to try a steak omlet it is the best mixed with hasbrowns and cheese, it is so goos I can't even explain.

I agree that breakfast is an important meal and i am sure that most people agree as well but to they follow through, that is the real question. I usually eat scrambled eggs, bacon and toast fpr breakfast with maybe oj or coffee. I know that a lot of people eat fast food and lots of coffee which really isn't healthy. It then becomes an O.C.D.(obsesive compulsive dissorder) thing where you wake up and get the same coffee and donut from the same coffee place. You need to change up you morning routine and I do also eatting bacon every morning probbably isn't good for me but I do it cause they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Am I eatting one of each of the four main food groups, is a good question to ask yourself. Do you have kids and do they eat better than you in the morning? These are somethings your should think about. Even before you goto bed think of a good healthy breakfast and get it ready before you goto bed then when you wake up it will be ready to be fixed and you save youeself some time in the morning.

I can barely eat a proper breakfast since I need to leave home early to avoid getting stuck in traffic and be late for work. I used to have just brunch but recently when I started to want to increase weight, I eat light breakfast. I try to eat some apples or pack myself some sandwich to boost my energy in the morning and eat them at my office.

Hi sheanne. Sometimes I don't even get hungry until 11 or 12. And when I do, I will just eat lunch then. I don't usually eat breakfast in the early mornings. When I do, it is only because I am hungry from last night.

I quite like to have a late breakfast because I like to have a lie in. I have a late breakfast, then a snack in the afternoon, and then I won't have anything else to eat until my evening meal. I always swap breakfast and lunch around, in a manner of speaking. Sometimes if it's past 11am when I wake up, I will just skip breakfast altogether and will just wait for an hour or so and have lunch. I will always have a drink of pure orange juice when I wake up in the morning though; that's just as good as an actual orange.

I always have a Brunch .. haha ! because I always wake up late in the morning so I also have a brunch then but it's okay then as long as I eat . I think It don't matter haha
