what must be done!!!

Church leaders are also human beings and they tend to commit mistakes. Like the members and everyone else they are not perfect. Just focus your eyes on God and not on the leaders of the church. Ask God for guidance and enlightenment, read the scriptures and draw strength from it during those times that you feel like you are about to stumble and back slide. Even the great leaders of the early times has their weaknesses as well. Pray for your church leaders as well for this will help.

Ever since I was old enough to understand what was going on in the church I attended I was taught to always read the bible because not everyone that "leads" a church does the way God meant for the church to be ran. If you have your eyes upon God and not man less chance of stumbling because humans make mistakes God does not. Am I perfect? NO Have I stumbled in my christian walk with Christ? Yes can I blame another person? No. When the Lord returns for his church (meaning people that have asked him to come into their lives and serve him) there will be Ministers, Sunday School teachers, deacons and lay people left wondering what happen. NOt everyone that says I know Jesus is going to heaven. Satan knows who Jesus is. That is why we need to know the word of God.

No one should ever follow anyone else blindly. Only follow the Lord God. "Leaders" are mere human beings and they will always fail. Always. Teach others to follow God and not man.

A leader is just a formal way of saying "a friend" he's a human after all that lead the country or everywhere that leadership is required. A leader serves as a reminder of God because when there's no leader people tend to assume that God, who is the greatest leader, do not exist. The function of the leader is to preserve the peace of mind of everyone because it would be sad if there's no leader. Imagine life if there's no leadership that directs the action of humans for making a better world. In short, leaders serve as the arms of God.
