Dear buddies... Yesterday, I couldn't come online as our office time was extended by two hours. It happened that mobile phone of a girl went missing after lunch in the training room. It is a small room with CCTV equipment. The incident was reported!
Due to some misjudgment, the suspicion first fell upon another girl, who had been around the place where the phone was last seen. But today afternoon, a correct judgment of the examiners of CCTV footage proved that it was actually taken by a guy, who had been present throughout this whole drama. The guy admitted it to the management and returned the phone...
This set me thinking.. What was this fellow doing when the suspicion fell upon that innocent girl? Didn't his conscience bother him a bit??? What kind of hardened thieves exist in the world? I feel sorry for the girl who had to bear it for almost 36 hours. Thankfully, the real culprit is caught.. I wonder, what action will the management take now???
Have you experienced anything like this? What would you do, if you were in the management? What do you feel about that innocent girl???
Please share...

The girl was a victim of circumstances and could happen to any of us.
She suffered unnecessarily but then the guy who took the phone, why????
She then let off the hook and a thief was caught.
I'm sure she suffered greatly but was proved innocent.
I would like to know why the guy took the phone ?

Oh yes, the poor girl was victim of circumstances... The guy who took it, hasn't even said sorry to her yet... and there is a angry feeling in my mind... Wonder, how such people get jobs!!!
I can imagine how that girl might have suffered- as I have been through a similar situation, when mobile phones were quite new in India...
No one knows why he did it??? I guess, it must be some kind of financial emergency... But Jeez, is this the way to meet the financial problems??? Maybe, he is an addict; I am not sure though...
Thanks for sharing Quita...

He didn't want to use it... The guy took the phone with the intention of selling it somewhere to make some money, that is crystal clear by now... The poor girl had to suffer, feel sorry for her... He has resigned today... The company is happy for that!!! The company would have fired him, had he delayed the resignation... So it is done!!!

All that guy had to do was ASK to use a phone..............I doubt anyone would have refused do you ?
I allow most to use my cell phone within reason of course but still an emergency could have come up and he needed the phone.
HOWEVER, he did allow that girl to take the blame..........not good.
I would say your company should find him help or get rid of him.
Just my way of thinking.
Later , quita

so bad ...but the thing is there are a lot of people all out there who love cheating and doing all those negative things to gain something for themselves...poor fellows..they want to be rich in expense of others...but forget every action has a reaction and their action will one day fall upon them back ....
