Re activation of neobux account / myLot

I am a regular person of neobux and for the last one month due to heavy preoccupation I could not login to neobux. Now the message is your account is blocked and request for support ticket. I have requested for support ticket but yet to receive the same. Please suggest the way to get back my account activated and to get the credits in my account as it is

I had the same problem too. What i did was send a support ticket saying that I want to my account reactivated. After you send a ticket, check your email address right away if they sent you a reply saying that they received your ticket if there's none you won't receive a feedback from them regarding you problem. When you reactivate an account credits will be gone, you will be back to $0.00

Thanks for your response. I have not received any reply or ticket from neobux, but my account is now active with zero balance.

Hi lak My wife had an account, she remained inactive due to illness, her account was suspended , she had to open a new account, but with another email id only..
