What kinds of things do you usually buy on Ebay? I love buying anything that ends up being a good deal, how about you?

I bought a dish for a friend on Ebay, and that is all. I have a lot of stuff on hand that I should sell but have not gotten to it. I do like to look for hard to find items.

I've only bought one thing from eBay. I've bought a lot from amazon. I just hate bidding. The car seat covers I received from eBay were wonderful though. I would buy from that seller again.

Have you been to Ebay recently? More & more products are showing up on Ebay with fixed prices so you don't have to bid if you don't want to. Sometimes you can get a better price on Ebay & other times with Amazon, you just have to compare the prices (& be sure to include the shipping in the total, since some Ebay sellers charge crazy amounts for shipping) and also with Ebay, be sure to check that your seller has good feedback. A good seller vs. a bad seller makes all the difference in the world!

I've only just started using feedback properly. I used to be very reluctant to leave bad feedback, but one day I just decided I had enough of being treated badly by sellers and just wrote the truth. I wouldn't accept bad treatment from a local shopkeeper so I shouldn't have to accept it online either. I will always tell the person my problem before I leave feedback, but if they don't respond to me then I will leave negative. Recently I ordered a digital photo frame for a friend's housewarming. The listing stated next day deliver and I ordered it late on Sunday night. I had anticipated it to arrive on the tuesday but it did not arrive until the Friday. I notified the seller on the Tuesday evening that I hadn't recieved it and heard nothing back, so I left negative for that. I guess what I'm tryin to say is that if we're all honest with feedback then like you say, ebay will be a far easier place to shop.

I'm into old antique postcards, just love them. I especially like the old Halloween one's and the Christmas postcards. Some of them are worth hundreds of dollars because they're so collecible. I usually buy them when I see a good deal, then turn around and re-sell them at a higher cost. The shipping is great because they're so lightweight, and it's simple enough for me to find a mailbox and drop it in. I like that part. I've bought many, many things on Ebay though over the years, including antiques that I have given for gifts, or special collectibles. Please don't think I'm rich either, these items I have found at really good prices since the economy is in such a downhill spiral. It's lots of fun.

Wow old postcards uh. I am a powerseller on ebay and never knew those actually sold. Of course I have seen salt and pepper shakers go for hundreds of dollars.

I like buying clothes too but the hardest thing about buying clothes on Ebay is that you can't try them on. So basically I am limited to buying shirts & tops with Ebay so I don't have to worry about them fitting perfectly.

I agree Roleez. It's difficult to size clothes online and a big deterrant is that you cna't normally return things for them being the wrong size. I wouldn't really buy 2nd hand clothes, but I have had some excellent bargains where I've managed to get lovely items with the tags still on. Sometimes things are just too good a deal to not take the chance on.

I buy my NASCAR Nationwide tickets on ebay all of the time. It saves me a bunch of money. The last race I had to buy tickets for I save almost half of what it would have been if I had purchased them at the gate. Other than that, I buy alot of electronical components for work also. It is a great place to find some of the harder to find items that we use regularly and there again, I save a bunch of money.

NASCAR is truely a great sport. Even though many don't consider it a sport. These men are true athletes. How many other athletes do you know will strap themselves into a machine, travel at 120 mph for 3-4 hours with no intermission or half time break? The side by side action at those speeds are great. On top of some great racing, tailgating at a NASCAR event is something you will never forget. NASCAR fans are some of the greatest people in the world. Richmond is my home track, as I am only about 20 minutes from it and the short track action is certainly the best.

Not much of a NASCAR fan but I live real close to Richmond VA and everyone almost every year says that I have to check it out. That its the best time they ever had at any sports event and these really are not even die hard nascar fans. Wonder what I am truly missing?

I enjoy cooking too but I would be very careful with Ebooks. Unfortunately there are a lot of jerks in the world who will put viruses on your computer when you download their ebook.

I have mainly always bought movies on DVD. I did buy a few books though here and there. Mostly while I was in college but one was just for fun. One time I bought a pair of sunglasses that has a hidden camera in it. I wasn't very happy with it once I got it so I had to return it. Fortunately the guy refunded my money.

I love buying vinyl records, whether they be used or new. My vinyl collection is mainly metal, but there's some classic rock in there as well. I also like buying DVDs, I usually get great deals for them.

I am a girl, so I buy mostly clothes, shoes, accessories and that kind of stuff. Oh, and beauty products! But I also buy books from time to time and small gadgets. I don't usually buy very expensive things though, because I prefer to buy expensive stuff in stores, Ebay is always a bit of a risk since you don't actually see the stuff, after all...
