I was diagnosed as "Gluten-Intolerant" by a doctor who discovered it through a blood test. He really didn't give me a lot of information. Just "Don't eat anything with wheat". I went home and did a bunch of research and for the last 3 years, have been gluten-free. My favorite gluten-free food is CHOCOLATE!

I was advised by a nutritionist that a gluten did not agree with me after she had my stool analyzed. I went on a gluten free diet and after 6 months I notices some amazing things. I had really dry eyes, no tears, and suddenly, I had a bit of moisture, still no tears, but moisture in my eyes and my mouth that was dry from the medication I was taking for other problems was not quite as dry and the most abasing thing... I no longer suffered from incontinence which was a big problem and very embarrassing. When that went away I was hooked and all the Inconvenience and expense was worth it.

I do not have Celiac disease. But a few years ago, was misdiagnosed as having this. I researched Celiac for a week non stop then was advised that it wasn't celiac to begin with. I pity you if you have to live with this disease. It must be difficult.
