I want to be slim as beofre

Nowadays I am feeling fater than before and so much fat on my waist and leg ,feeling the pants so tight now .But when I stand on the scale,I notice the weight didnt raise at all !So I am confused now ,too much fat but not heavy weight . But I still want my slim waist as before . The reason is this job .Everyday sitting on the chair and hardly move . I want to be slim as before.

Hi hanna, i too have a same feeling, so i am going for a morning walk. And i decided to move very 10 minutes from the chair do some work and come back to work. So that the fat will not be collected in one place and more over we can reduce weight also. Apart from this i would like to suggest you to have a green tea and honey in the morning with warm water which burns your fat and make you to be fit. Have a nice day.

I know the feeling, when we age, our metabolism becomes very slow. So as much as we tried to eat little and exercise, still, we get minimal results due to slow metabolism. Like me, I always try to walk on my way to work every day because when I am at work, I do a lot of sitting. I guess, a high-fiber diet, exercise and 8 glasses of water will help you lose weight.

We are in the same boat hanna811, I sit the whole day in front of the laptop and work so finally I find myself heavy and wish to change to a better figure, I think exercises might help a lot so I will download a video and do it every day now.

hi hanna! i think there is no other way than start doing exercises.you had figure out the reason so you need the solution. and there is only one answer = exercise.start do some regular exercise (dancing,jumping,walking,stretching) otherwise you won't get your slim waist back.you can do it! happy mylotting!:)

Thanks for your suggestion.Now I do exercise everyday and I can feel little relaxed because I climb up the stairs from the 1st floor to 13th every morning and vin the noon from 4th to 13th ,it really works though it's very tired .I hope I can do it for long time not only several days. hi ,hanna,if you have dinner,maybe you should go outside and exercise yourself,if you are very,you work for two hours ,you try to stand up strentch your body ,everyone sit for a long time and don't move ,maybe we will be fater within three month,apart from it ,you should pay attention to your diet ,you make plan about your breakfast ,lunch and dinner,you should control what you only eat less in your life. I hope you will be slimer than before and will be charming
