hey friends this is true that swimming is the best exercise to do . actually it gives toning to all body parts and every body part is undergoing a therapy like thing.well almost you an loose lot of weight from swimming if you are regular at your exercise. take care...

That was what my family physician suggested when I had my knee injury. I've been swimming since. Not so much now but great to have it once per week now for the past 3years. It's not for speed or any competition. And it works! My knees do not hurt that much now. And I look into the food I eat as well.

Swimming is a great all over exercise, good for muscle toning and fitness. What I like about swimming is that it is very difficult to get injured and there is no risk of jarring anything. I agree that it is one of the best fitness regimes there is.

i ever heard that swimming is the best sport to burn your calorie beside running. so it an hep us much to loose weight. and for the kids, swimming also can help to get height too. I love to take my kids swimming cause i think that is the best fun sport for them. you know that kids love to play in the water.

Yeah swimming is great and I love swimming too,I learned swimming since the age of 7 and till now I'm fond of it,absolutely with great toning effect.Especially those parts of the body that loose elasticity, for woman its the best exercise than helps attain desired figure (this is varies to individual though) and relax both mind and body, a good way to de stress myself too. I love swimming. I learned it from a National Champ, who made me a good swimmer. Till finishing school i never was a swimmer at all. My cousin sister tried a lot to teach me but in vain. Before joining college i learned swimming and enjoy swimming. Its a stamina builder and a body toner.

Yes, Swimming is the best exercise because all body parts are active when you swim. We may spend hours in the Gym for specific body parts but Swimming does at all at one go. I enjoy swimming and its summer so too good. Happy Swimming :)

Hi Himan.... I never think swimming the best exercise to loose weight, because I am a bad swimmer. In pool I usually just playing in the water with my friend. I never have capability to swim like athlete so its not work for me. Another bad effect of regular swimming its my skin really dry and darking my skin even when I using sun block and moisturizing soap. Maybe its work for you and tan colour look good on man. so happy swimming........

This is my most favourite kind of relaxing and at the same time exercising.When I go into the water I feel that I belong there and when I start swimming it is as if I have the power to feel each part of my body.No matter how hard my working day was every day in the summer after work I go to the beach.
