microjobs sites

I joined sites where we can ear by doing simple stuff, like signing up etc ( myeasytask,mymicrojobs). I wanted to start doing the assignment, like signing up to some PTC sites, but unfortunately the sites (PTC sites) are not working. After registering, I didn`t receive confirmation link, so what should I do If I have this problem?anyone can share?thanks a lot for your help
