Well i would rate this at 6 in a scale of 0 to 10, the lower rating is mainly due to color, the girl is cute no doubt..

It's a very nice drawing. The face looks great. The only thing is the hair looks a bit too flat. Or rather, the woman's head isn't round enough to have a normal skull. It's like the face was drawn well, but the rest of the head isn't there.
I'd give it a 9/10

I am not a painter or any form of artist to judge one's creation. The person who has created such painting must have done his/her best to give such a wonderful picture.
So i will give full 10/10 for this picture
