There are a lot of top quality players participating in the World Cup 2010. Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka are some of them, but do you have any ideas who's going to be the rising star?

I think most of the people that you have talked about are already stars! eg Torres, Kaka, Messi.. I think Afellay from Holland, Jesus Navas (if he's counted as a rising star) will be able to have a good performance

The youngsters with high profiles that might catch the eye are Messi,Juan Mata,Aguero,Javier Hernandez,Ozil,Fabregas still in his early 20's, Japanese have there naoki Yamada and keisuke Honda. There are many others aswell especially from Ghana and germany should be a fun world cup hopefully.

I think that the way England plays it is a possibility for Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard or Wayne Rooney to become the best player of the competition as they are the best players of England and I think that England is going to win the Worldcup. However there are other players that can win that award, let's not forget that almost everytime the winner of this award comes from the teams that are involved in the finals, like Zidane or Kahn the last two worldcups. Other candidates are Xavi, Villa, Messi, Torres or even Sneijder or Van der Vaart. Cheers!

I think that Aaron Lennon from England may be the surprise package of this world cup. He is frighteningly quick and may terrorise other defences.
