If you are not what you are today, what would you be? This is a great question because many of us have made decisions that are not adequate to what we really are.

I do not really know what would happened to me if I am not what I am today but I think there are several possible outcome depending on the chosen path that I wish to take. I think that living on this world provide us many possible option to take and it is us who decide to choose what we really are about today.

Good question. I would like to be rich so that i can travel the world. I want to visit China, Europe, Australia, and maybe the moon someday. But i wonder if when i become rich, would i long to be poor again or something else? I know that some people are usually not content with who they are in life so they're always striving to be something else. When they reach a different social status, they want to something else entirely. I guess thats one dilemma of life.

When I was 17 years old, I made a life changing decision. I remember, I was a Senior in high school and I didn't do something that I had planned to do for the last 6 years of my life. From the 6th grade forward, I was positive that I was going to join the Air Force. Call it puppy love, or consider the fact that the recruiter was rude and unencouraging, in addition, my parents were completely out of the picture. I think all of those things combined made me change my mind. I decided not to join, after planning it from such a young age. And the funny thing, no one ever ask me why. It's kind of odd, but I guess there were just no adults involved in my life at that time. I think I would have done quite well. Don't get me wrong, I am proud of what I have accomplished in my life anyways. So, I am completely satisfied. But I often wonder what would have been. I probably would have broken all kinds of records and amazed my superiors, but I have done that anyways. So, I am happy with the decisions that I have made in my life.

hi defcon, i don't really know but maybe i am still single and working. haha or if married maybe still working as well. coz i always wanted to work and earn for myself to help my brother in his schooling and to give some to my parents. but since i marry my husband now, i am no longer working coz its not allowed for me to do so due to the nature of his work. but anyway i don't have any regret on my decisions in the past and what i am now coz i believe that this is what's best for me and this is where God leads me.

I would love to have been a doctor or a writer, instead I have become an accountant!Circumstances at that juncture of my life forced me into this profession but I would have preferred to be a member of those two professions had I really had a choice then.
