my chess is uncomfort when i dont do any exercise for a long time. why??

hai guys,, i feel uncomfort on my chess when i dont do any exercise for a long time. i guess it is on my heart.. and if i do exercise i will feel good again. my chess feel like usual.. so does it reflect that my heart condition is bad??? im very worried about it. im afraid if something bad happen to my heart

Well you already answer your question lack of exercise may be the reason of it and to be more sure you need to visit a doctor and have a check up on your situation. And if you smoke stop it now it will not give you a good benefit but if not and you not a smoker try not to get near from people who smoke because you still get a smoke related disease even if you are not a smoker. As you said you get a good condition when you are having a exercise then it is best for you to exercise every day just consider the level or exercise you do just do a simple exercise that don't exert you r body.

i always wanna do exercises.. but it will only be an unimplemented planning.. hehe.. i always try to get up in the morning and do some exercise. but it is not as simple as you said.. it really needs hard willing to do.. and i havent got that willing. hehe

We need our exercise to keep our hearts healthy! It's good to do some cardio work outs a few times a week at least. It also helps you sleep when you get the right amount of cario work outs! And that effects your heart too!

Missing to exercise is not the reason my friend. There must be something that triggers the chest pain and if this happens often or most of the time, you better go see a doctor. It is difficult to self medicate, so I suggest that consider your health as important thing because we only have one life to live. Signs of chest pains are really not good. It can be a caused due to unhealthy lifestyle, unhealthy food intake and not properly exercising. Even though you said you missed exercising, but if you keep eating on foods which is not healthy, it will be just the same. Do you smoke? this is also one thing that can aggravate your condition and your doctor would just say the same thing to stop it. Anyway, wish you will consider my suggestion to see a doctor soonest. Go to your nearest physician. This could be serious, we don't. And what are the chances that you'll find any doctors in here. ..just saying.
