it depends on where you get it. Typically two weeks but it could take more days before you can receive your eon card. I used my bank to get a Visa Debit Card to verify my paypal. 2 weeks, I got the card.

where did you apply your application, is it online? i also applied online but i didnt get any for so many months, so i tried to call the bank if i can reapply again and the girl told me to go to any branch directly instead of processing it online, so i went there and submit other documents like ID and i only waited a month, i keep on calling them every 2 weeks and i got it after a month.

It's fairly quick for me. I just went to a branch of UnionBank and registered. I actually called in customer service first to know what branch facilitates it and who to contact so as to save time and effort and so that I already know what were the things needed to be brought or photocopied. It took me more or less 2 weeks to get my card, about 5days more to activate it with Paypal. It's pretty simple and quick if you have the necessary things and IDs for it. By the way, you'll need a TIN number to get one and an SSS number as well and 2 IDs photocopied and some photos.

I got my EON card one week after my application with UnionBank. But they cautioned me to wait for another week before I use it so it will give them ample time to activate my account first. But they permitted me to deposit funds to my account number right after I got the card.
